Amercanex has been able to enter an enormous market which at thistime is projected to be worth over $10 billion.

Even the relatively clean progressive musicians like Frank Zappa and Ian Anderson’s Jethro Tull focused their music upon the budding tastes of the average listener of the time which again was largely influenced by mari-juana. Marijuana also fueled one of the largest cultural events of the 20th century, the ‘hippie movement,’ which ironically also led to the main-stream ban on all psychedelic substances in the 70s. As the smoke cleared, the hippies began to rumi-nate upon the precedents of a failed movement and the resulting blow to the culture that they had developed therein and sought out ways to help bring back the substance that fueled it. But all efforts proved futile. The decades that ensued quickly became synonymous with strict substance control laws that that would be the cause of much debate and an illegal flow of drugs across the nation that has manifested into a huge business of its own. This has given a huge blow to the more ethical application of cannabis which is primarily confined to the field of medicine. However over the past decade or so, the initiative for legali-zation of cannabis has received strong backing from various govern-ment organizations across the United States. This of course led to the sales and possession of cannabis as both a medicinal and recreational drug becoming legal in eight states. This is where the story of Amercanex begins. Trading technology experts

Steve Janjic Adam Martin and Michael Herron in 2014 set out on a mission to help optimize the cannabis industry after realizing the potential it possessed being an untapped market.

Marijuana’s status as a legal substance on state level and not federal level poses many obstacles in terms of banking, payroll and transportation. The need thereby for a fair and open marketplace in the cannabis industry prompted Amercanex to come up with ACE Marketplace an electronic trading platform which allows industry participants to buy and sell product at true market pricing. The ACE Marketplace offers many benefit which include transparent pricing, reporting, RFID plant tracking and traditional “back office” functionalities created to satisfy the compliance rules and regulations currently enforced by the Securities Exchange Commis-sion and Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Users regis-tered with the ACE Marketplace also stand to benefit from quite a number of other tools that are offered by Amercanex for the cannabis market. “The biggest challenge for our members is that today’s software systems do not effectively meet the

annabis for centuries has served many of mankind’s purposes in the

many frontiers upon which our lives revolve. Known by pot, grass, cannabis, weed, hemp, marihuana, ganja, chronic and a myriad of other street names, cannabis’ application has been versatile stretching to a wide range of uses with the most popular one being as a recrea-tional drug. It is estimated that approxi-mately 200 million people worldwide are patrons of cannabis as a recreational drug. This number constitutes to nearly 4 percent of the global population between ages 15 to 64. The entire music scene of the 60s and 70s was influenced heavily by the use of cannabis which of course was what led to the many bands that defined the era like Pink Floyd, The Who, Led Zeppelin and King Crimson.

statistics indicate a steady rise in the number of states that are joining the movement. As the market expands the competition and the various associated concerns that arise with the rise of supply and demand could lead to various malpractices that are common with most businesses. ACE Marketplace ensures that trade within this industry is run accord-ing to standards and in a fair by leverag-ing the combined experience of the Amer-canex team in all fronts be it technology, law, banking or compliance. The company has many plans lined up for this year. Especially with the recent legalization in California, Amercanex have been able to enter an enormous market which at this time is projected to be worth over $10 billion. This has further motivated the organization to strengthen their strategic partnerships and forge new ones with some of the biggest vendors, manufac-tures and extractors in the cannabis industry.

growing needs, nor will they be able to sustain, the influx of participants and product and transaction volume in the near future,” says CEO, Steve Janjic. ACE Marketplace equips clients with the necessary tools required to effectively conduct all aspects of their unique business. To complement this Amercanex has many services which include ETTAS, ACEPay and ACETrak. ETTAS allows government and local regulators to obtain information and statistics in real-time.Cannabis’ unique position in the socity makes it hard to market on a large scale open forum. ACEPay is the first online cash management system that enables participants to address their banking needs such as depositing cash, paying bills and taxes, and accepting payments both inside and outside the cannabis indus-try. ACETrak deals with compliance to government regulations to conform to the legal standards. ACETrak serves as a seed to sale tracking software with administrative, plant and inventory management, security, compliance and accounting capabilities. Point of Sale (POS), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and geo-tracking services included in the ACETrak package enables government regulators to verify and collect taxes. Powered all the aforemen-tioned services ACE Marketplace enables participants to procure banking, tracking, laboratory testing and financial management services through the proper channels while confirming with the government regulations.
