PERSONAL TRAINING visit one our fitness hosts at the

gym to book a personal training session, we can help

you to reach your fitness goals through cardio, strength

training, and stretching and flexibility exercises. Sessions

up to 45 minutes.

YOGA Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice

which originated in India centuries ago. In more recent

times yoga has become known in western culture as a

form of exercise often with elements of meditation that

brings many benefits to people’s health and wellbeing.

Join a session and focus on developing strength and

balance for both body and mind through practicing

yoga postures (asana’s) and leave feeling relaxed and

re-energised.

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities (beginners

welcome). Class time 60min.

STRETCHING & BREATHING is designed to encourage

movement and stretch in order to increase awareness of

the body and how it is functioning. To increase a sense

of ease and well-being through gentle exercises that will

reconnect you to your body, breath and mind by increasing

flexibility & range of motion.

BOX FIT a high-intensity exercise class that combines

resistance training with aerobic exercise. Box-Fit is non-

contact; the emphasis is on knocking your body into shape,

not knocking anyone out.

PILATES improves flexibility, builds strength and develops

control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts

emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong

core, and improving coordination and balance

CROSS FIT is a core strength and conditioning program.

We have designed our program to elicit as broad an
