Hva er nytt i piloten?Piloten innebar en omorganisering og
en rekke nye måter å levere mye av et
egentlig eksisterende tjenestetilbud
på. På denne måten fikk man til å
levere en ny
tiltakskjede/behandlingslinje.
Den kanskje viktigste endringene var
å være i beredskap før skolestart,
som var et behov fra foreldre,
behandlere, skolen og fra
forskningen. I tillegg var det en del
viktige endringer som gjorde
tjenestetilbudet annerledes enn
tidligere.

Alle familien som var med fikk en egen perm med
plass til alle referater og annet nyttig informasjon –
som fremdriftsplan og kontaktdetaljer til de ulike
instansene som var med i piloten.

Gjennom to felles møter ble planen for skolestarten til barnet lagt –
planen baserte seg på kunnskapen om barnet fra foreldre og barnehage,
samt PPT og BUPs ekspertise og kartlegging. Målet med planen var at
felles bilde av hva skolen skulle gjøre og hva foreldrene skulle gjøre.

Foreldre og barnehagen fikk i oppdrag å beskrive
barnet mens de ventet på at PPT og BUP skulle
kartlegge barnet.

Forskning viser at man oppnår mer effekt av å fokuserer på
mestring – derfor var dette også fokus i beskrivelsesheftet om
barnet.

Evaluering av pilot 2012På evalueringsmøtet deltok alle
aktørene som hadde vært med i
piloten - foreldre, kontaktlærer,
rektor, SFO leder, barnehage, PPT,
BUP og RBUP.
Hovedinntrykket er at piloten har
vært en stor suksess. Både i forhold
til gjennomføringen og ønsket effekt.
Og resultatet for de involverte barna
var en bedre skolestart.
I videre arbeide blir det viktig å finne
metoder for hvordan man kan måle
effekten av dette tiltaket.
