THE SINGULAR DISASTER THAT MARKS THE BEGINNING OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION, AND BRINGS FORTH TROUBLE AND DOOM FOR ISRAEL By George Lujack This article study and interpretation of the prophecy of Ezekiel chapter 7 will identify the singular disaster that marks the beginning of the great tribulation, and will bring forth trouble and doom for the nation of Israel. EZEKIEL 7:5 (NKJV): Thus says YHWH (the Lord) God: “A disaster, A SINGULAR DISASTER;* Behold, it has come!” *AN ONLY CALAMITY (HSV), AN ONLY EVIL (KJV), A SINGULAR EVIL (TLV) The prophet Ezekiel wrote of a singular disaster that will impact the nation of Israel in the end times. This singular disaster will mark the beginning of the great tribulation for the inhabitants of the world and will be the beginning of Israel’s (Jacob’s) trouble and doom. MATTHEW 24:21 (NKJV): “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.”

EZEKIEL 7:1-6 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: Moreover the word of YHWH (the Lord) came to me, saying, “And you, son of man, thus says YHWH (the Lord) GOD to the land of Israel: ‘An end! The end has come upon the four [NW, SW, NE, SE] corners of the land [OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA]. Now the end has come upon you [ISRAEL], and I will send My anger against you [ISRAEL]; I will judge you [ISRAEL] according to your ways [OF SIN], and I will repay you [ISRAEL] for all your abominations [DETESTABLE SINS]. My eye will not spare you [ISRAEL], nor will I have pity [EZEKIEL 5:11, 7:9, 8:18, 9:10]; but I will repay your ways [OF SIN], and your abominations [DETESTABLE SINS] will be [REVEALED] in your midst; then you [ISRAEL] shall know that I am YHWH (the Lord)!’

“Thus says YHWH (the Lord) GOD: ‘A disaster, a singular disaster [THE DESTRUCTION OF BABYLON THE GREAT (THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) – REVELATION 14:8, 18]; Behold, it [THE GREAT TRIBULATION – MATTHEW 24:21] has come!’”

EZEKIEL 7:7-8 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: “An end has come [FOR BABYLON-USA], the end has come [FOR ISRAEL’S ALLY]; It [THE TIME OF ISRAEL’S (JACOB’S) TROUBLE – JEREMIAH 30:7] has dawned [BEGUN] for you [ISRAEL]; behold it [THE GREAT TRIBULATION – MATTHEW 24:21] has come! Doom has come to you [ISRAEL], you [JEWS] who dwell in the land [OF ISRAEL]; the time [OF THE GENTILES – EZEKIEL 30:3; LUKE 21:20-28] has come, a day of [ISRAEL’S (JACOB’S)] trouble [JEREMIAH 30:7] is near, and not a day of rejoicing in the mountains [OF ISRAEL]. Now upon you [ISRAEL] I will soon pour out My fury, and spend My anger upon you [ISRAEL]; I will judge you [ISRAEL] according your ways [OF SIN], and I will repay you [ISRAEL] for all your abominations [DETESTABLE SINS].” 2

EZEKIEL 7:9-14 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION AND *COMMENTARY]: “My eye will not spare, nor will I have pity [EZEKIEL 5:11, 7:4, 8:18, 9:10]; I will repay you [ISRAEL] according to your ways [SINS] and your abominations [DETESTABLE SINS] will be [REVEALED] in your midst. Then you [ISRAEL] shall know that I am YHWH (the Lord) who strikes. Behold, the day [OF THE SINGULAR DISASTER, THE DESTRUCTION OF BABYLON THE GREAT (THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) – REVELATION 14:8, 18:1-24]! Behold, it [THE GREAT TRIBULATION – MATTHEW 24:21] has come! Doom has gone out [TO THE WORLD]; The rod [WEAPONS OF WAR] has blossomed [REACHED ITS HIGHEST LEVEL], [NATIONALISTIC] pride has budded [PEAKED]. Violence [AGAINST BABYLON-USA] has risen up into a rod of wickedness [IN THE GREAT TRIBULATION WARS, AS NATION WILL RISE AGAINST NATION AND KINGDOM AGAINST KINGDOM – MATTHEW 24:7; MARK 13:8; LUKE 21:10]; None of them [AMERICANS] shall remain [ALIVE, NOR DWELL IN BABYLON-USA – JEREMIAH 49:18,33, 50:39-40], none of their multitude [AMERICA’S INHABITANTS, THE MIXED PEOPLES, THE NATIVE AND THE FOREIGN BORN – JEREMIAH 50:34-37], none of them [AMERICANS]; nor shall there be wailing [GRIEVING] for them. The time [OF THE GENTILES – EZEKIEL 30:3; LUKE 21:20-28] has come, the day [of YHWH (the Lord) Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) – JOEL 2:31; ACTS 2:20] draws near. ‘Let not the [WEALTHY] buyer rejoice, nor the [MANUFACTURER AND MERCHANT] seller mourn [REVELATION 18:11], for the wrath [WOE] is on their whole multitude [OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH – REVELATION 12:12]. For the seller [MANUFACTURERS, MERCHANTS, AND SEA TRADERS] shall not return to [MANUFACTURING AND SELLING] what has been sold [AFTER BABYLON-USA, THE GREAT IMPORTER OF MERCHANDISE, IS DESTROYED – JEREMIAH 50:16; REVELATION 18:11-19], though he may still be alive; for the vision concerns the whole multitude [OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH] and it [THE GLOBAL ECONOMY] shall not turn back [RECOVER – EZEKIEL 7:19]. No one will strengthen himself [PROSPER] who lives in iniquity. They [THE ANGELS] have blown the [FIRST BLAST OF THE SEVENTH] trumpet [1 CORINTHIANS 15:52; 1 THESSALONIANS 4:16-17] and made everyone [THE RAPTURED AND RESURRECTED SAINTS] ready [IN THE CLOUDS – MATTHEW 24:31; MARK 13:27], but no one goes to battle* [JUST YET]; for My wrath [WOE] is on all their multitude [THE INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH – REVELATION 12:12].” *THE BEHEADED RAPTURED SAINTS ARE GIVEN WHITE ROBES AND ARE TOLD TO REST WHILE THE GREAT TRIBULATION PLAYS OUT – REVELATION 6:9-11, 7:9-17. YESHUA (JESUS) WILL RETURN WITH HIS SAINTS AT THE SECOND BLAST OF THE SEVENTH TRUMPET TO GO TO BATTLE WITH UNGODLY SINNERS – MATTHEW 24:30-31; JUDE 1:14-15. 3

EZEKIEL 7:15-20 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION AND *COMMENTARY]: “The sword [WAR] is outside [THE CITIES], and the pestilence [DISEASE] and famine within [THE CITIES]. Whoever is in the field [OF BATTLE] will die by the sword [IN THE GREAT TRIBULATION WARS AND THOSE WHO WAR AGAINST THE LORD YESHUA MESSIAH (JESUS CHRIST) UPON HIS RETURN – REVELATION 9:18, 17:14] and whoever is in the city, famine [DISEASE] and pestilence will devour him. Those who survive* will escape and be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, each for his iniquity. *SURVIVING RULERS, COMMANDERS, RICH MEN, AND OTHERS WILL HIDE THEMSELVES IN THE MOUNTAINS FROM YESHUA (JESUS) WHEN HE RETURNS – REVELATION 6:15-17. Every hand will be feeble, and every knee will be as weak as water. They will also be girded [CLOTHED] with sackcloth; horror will cover [OVERCOME] them; shame will be on every face, baldness on their heads. They will throw their silver* into the streets, and their gold will be like refuse. *THEIR CURRENCY AND PRECIOUS METALS WILL BE WORTHLESS. Their silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of YHWH (the Lord); they will not satisfy their souls [WITH MATERIAL POSSESSIONS], nor fill their stomachs [WITH FOOD], because it [GREED] became their stumbling block of iniquity. As for the beauty of his [ISRAEL’S RELIGIOUS] ornaments, he [ISRAEL] set it in majesty [INSIDE THE TEMPLE]; but they [THE JEWS OF ISRAEL] made from it [THE RELIGIOUS ORNAMENTS] the images of their abominations – their detestable things [THE STAR OF REMPHAN (AKA THE STAR OF DAVID) TALISMAN AMULET DECORATIVE MOTIF CHARMS AND IDOLS – JEREMIAH 3:13; EZEKIEL 5:11; AMOS 5:26; ACTS 7:43]; therefore I have made it [THEIR STAR TALISMAN AMULET CHARM AND IDOL MOTIFS] like refuse to them [THE JEWS OF ISRAEL].”

EZEKIEL 7:21-27: (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION AND *COMMENTARY]: “I will give it [ISRAEL’S THIRD TEMPLE] as plunder into the hands of strangers, and to the wicked of the earth as spoil; and they [THE ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST) AND INVADING GENTILE ARMIES] shall defile it [THE TEMPLE]. I will turn My face from them [THE JEWS OF ISRAEL]. And they [THE ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST) AND INVADING GENTILE ARMIES] will defile My secret place [THE HOLY OF HOLIES INNER SANCTUARY WITHIN THE TEMPLE]; for robbers shall enter it and defile it. Make a chain* [SHACKLES], for the land [OF ISRAEL] is filled with crimes of blood, and the city is full of violence. *ISRAELI JEWS WILL BE KILLED AND LED AWAY CAPTIVE INTO ALL NATIONS. JERUSALEM WILL BE TRAMPLED BY GENTILES UNTIL THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES ARE FULFILLED – LUKE 21:24. Therefore I will bring the worst of the Gentiles [THE ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST) AND INVADING GENTILE ARMIES], and they will possess their [ISRAELI’S] houses; I will cause the pomp of the strong [WEALTHY, POWERFUL, AND INFLUENTIAL JEWS] to cease, and their holy places [SYNAGOGUES] shall be defiled. Destruction comes [BY THE ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST) AND INVADING GENTILE ARMIES]; They [ISRAELI JEWS] will seek peace,* but there shall be none. *THE ANTIMESSIAH (ANTICHRIST) WILL MAKE A 7-YEAR PEACE COVENANT WITH ISRAEL, BUT AFTER 3 ½-YEARS HE WILL BREAK THE COVENANT AND INVADE ISRAEL WITH THE GENTILE ARMIES OF THE WORLD – DANIEL 9:27. Disaster will come upon disaster, and rumor will be upon rumor [WARS AND RUMORS OF WARS – MATTHEW 24:6]. Then they will seek a vision from a prophet;* but the law will perish [CEASE] from the priest [RABBI], and counsel [WILL NOT BE FORTHCOMING] from the elders. *TWO WITNESSES CLOTHED IN SACKCLOTH WILL PROPHESY AT THE TEMPLE MOUNT SITE FOR ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY DAYS AND REVEAL THE TRUTH TO THE JEWS OF ISRAEL THAT YESHUA (JESUS) IS THEIR MESSIAH AND ONLY HOPE. – REVELATION 11:3 The king [RULERS] will mourn, the prince [PRIVILEGED] will be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the common people [INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH] will tremble. I will do to them according to their way, and according to what they deserve I will judge them. Then they shall know I am YHWH (the Lord)!” SUMMATION The sudden destruction of Babylon the great, the United States of America (Revelation 14:8, 18), is the singular disaster (Ezekiel 7:5) that will have a catastrophic effect on the global economy, world peace, and the security of the nation of Israel. 5

After the United States of America is destroyed, global merchants will not be able to sell their merchandise any longer, as the world’s great importer of goods, once destroyed, will not be able to buy their merchandise (Revelation 18:3,11-19). All foreign holdings of U.S. dollars, the world’s reserve currency, will become instantly worthless, American foreign debt will never be repaid, and all American foreign aid will cease. Global manufacturing and world trade will suffer a blow that it will not be able to recover from (Jeremiah 50:16; Ezekiel 7:19). Massive manufacturing and factory layoffs will cause a state of permanent unemployment. People, if they can find work, will work a day’s pay to buy a loaf of bread (Revelation 6:5-6). Disease, famine, war, and death will follow the global economic collapse (Revelation 6:8). The global economic collapse gives rise to the great tribulation wars. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom due to regional economic issues and also because the world’s peacekeeper, the Unites States of America, will no longer exist to prevent regional wars (Matthew 24:7; Mark 13:8; Luke 21:10). After America is destroyed, the great tribulation - the time of the Gentiles, begins. The time of the Gentiles will be post Judeo-Christian American era, led by the global powers of Europe, China, and Russia. Without America, Israel’s strongest ally and military supporter, the Arab nations of the Middle East will war ceaselessly with Israel, yet Israel will be able to defend itself, but will grow war weary and seek peace. The Antimessiah (Antichrist) will make a peace covenant with Israel, between Israel and its Arab neighbors, and will allow Israel to rebuild their temple. The Antimessiah (Antichrist) will break the peace covenant with Israel, invade Israel, and trample Jerusalem (Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:21; Luke 21:24). Ezekiel 7 proclaims that God will judge Israel for its detestable sins and idolatry and also reveal Israel’s abominable sins. What are some of the national sins of Israel? Tel Aviv Pride is an annual, week-long series of events held during the second week of June during Gay Pride Month hosted in Tel Aviv, Israel. The most attended event is Pride Parade, one of the world’s largest gay pride events.1 6

Prostitution, even homosexual prostitution, is legal in Israel; even as Israeli lawmakers try to manage it. Brothels and red light districts are well-established in Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Ramla. The practice of human trafficking: kidnapping women, smuggling them into the country, and selling them into a life of prostitution is a well-known criminal practice in the nation of Israel.2 Israel has a good share of organized crime in its country. The Israeli mafia is engaged in operating casinos and other forms of gambling inside and outside Israel, car thefts, drug dealing and trafficking, human trafficking, prostitution, protection and extortion rackets, money laundering, and loan sharking.3 Israeli Jews and Jews worldwide, whether they acknowledge it or not, are engaged in idolatry. The hexagram star has become the symbol of Israel, even adorning the nation’s flag. Whether with willful knowledge and intent or through ignorance, Jews worship, serve, and honor this 6-pointed hexagram star symbol. Messianic Jews and Hebrew Roots organizations correctly point out that many Christians engage in paganism and idolatry in their mainstream Christian practices, by making images of Yeshua (Jesus) and celebrating pagan holidays such as Christmas and Easter. The Jews do the same with their favorite symbol, their beloved Star of David, which is not affiliated in any way with King David of the Scriptures, but is actually the star of Remphan, a pagan deity (Amos 5:26; Acts 7:43). God is a jealous God and ‘Jealous’ is a name He goes by (Exodus 34:14). God will punish Israel for its talisman amulet hexagram star charm and motif idolatry and He will not continue to allow the Jews to honor Him through the star of Remphan (David), a symbol that He detests (Ezekiel 5:11). The Jews of Israel have rejected their Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus) and they must come to accept Him. They will not find answers from their rabbis and elders (Ezekiel 7:26), but God will send the Jews His two witnesses who will prophesy and bear witness of Israel’s true Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus) (Revelation 11:3). The destruction of the United States of America (Babylon the great – Revelation 14:8; 18:1-24) is the SINGULAR DISASTER that marks the beginning of the great tribulation (Matthew 24:7; Mark 13:8; Luke 21:10), the time of the Gentiles (Ezekiel 30:3; Luke 21:24), and trouble and doom for the nation of Israel (Ezekiel 7:7).

Jerusalem will be trampled by the Gentiles (Luke 21:24). The Jews of Israel will not know peace, true everlasting peace, until they accept their Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus), and call on Him to save them from annihilation in their darkest hour (Isaiah 54:10; Ezekiel 34:25, 37:26; Matthew 23:38-39; Luke 13:35). 7

Yeshua (Jesus) prophesied to the Jews of Israel, telling them: MATTHEW 23:38-39; LUKE 13:35 (NKJV) [WITH INTERPRETATION]: “Your house [NATION OF ISRAEL] is left to you [JEWS] desolate; for I say to you [JEWS], you [JEWS] shall see Me no more till you [JEWS OF ISRAEL] say, ‘Blessed is He [YESHUA THE MESSIAH] who comes in the name of [ADONAI] (the Lord)!’”
