Please consider joining the group for this valuable ministry to St. Johns. We like to have enough volunteers so they can work in pairs and are only scheduled every 4-6 weeks. It involves buying or making a little something to have along with coffee, tea or other beverages (supplied by the church) for a half-hour or so after Mass, and if possible, helping to clean up and load the dishwasher afterward. If you have leftovers from a party or luncheon, these often work very well. THE ANNUAL PARISH PICNIC will be held today after Mass and coffee hour. OUR REGULAR 3-SEASON SCHEDULE, with the choir singing and hosted coffee hours will begin Sunday September 16. The Vestry will also meet that Sunday after Mass. PLEASE CONSIDER JOINING THE CHOIR THIS YEAR. If you sing in the pews, you can sing with us! Ask Gayle about it.
