THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT IS LIMITED TO THE FRONT AND REAR PORCHES AND IS DEFINED AS FOLLOWS: FRONT PORCH REMOVE EXISTING PORCH RAILINGS, STAIR RAILINGS, STAIR TREADS, RISERS AND ALL ASSOCOATED STAIR FRAMING. MAINTAIN PORCH FRAMING AND PORCH TONGUE AND GROOVE DECKING. REPLACE DETERIORATED TONGUE & GROOVE DECK NOSINGS AT THE NORTH AND SOUTH ENDS OF THE PORCH. REMOVE ALL EXISTING LATTICE, FASCIA AND SKIRT BOARDS BELOW THE PORCH DECKING. MAINTAIN EXISTING COLUMNS. REPAIR AND PATCH ALL COLUMNS AND COLUMN BASES WITH EPOXY CONSOLIDANT AS REQUIRED. SHORE AS REQUIRED. INSTALL NEW STAIR FRAMING AND SUPPORT FOOTINGS, INSTALL NEW COMPOSITE TREADS, RISERS AND STRINGERS. FRONT PORCH• REMOVE EXISTING PORCH RAILINGS, STAIR

RAILINGS, STAIR TREADS, RISERS AND ALL ASSOCOATED STAIR FRAMING. MAINTAIN PORCH FRAMING AND PORCH TONGUE AND GROOVE DECKING.

• REPLACE DETERIORATED TONGUE & GROOVE DECK NOSINGS AT THE NORTH AND SOUTH ENDS OF THE PORCH.

• REMOVE ALL EXISTING LATTICE, FASCIA AND SKIRT BOARDS BELOW THE PORCH DECKING.

• MAINTAIN EXISTING COLUMNS. REPAIR AND PATCH ALL COLUMNS AND COLUMN BASES WITH EPOXY CONSOLIDANT AS REQUIRED. SHORE AS REQUIRED.

• INSTALL NEW STAIR FRAMING AND SUPPORT FOOTINGS, INSTALL NEW COMPOSITE TREADS, RISERS AND STRINGERS.
