BEVERAGE ALCOHOL BAN — SASKATCHEWAN PROVINCIAL PARKS AND RECREATION SITES

I hereby prohibit, pursuant to section 107.1 of The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act, 1997 as amended by The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Amendment Act, 2006, the possession or consumption of beverage alcohol in all campgrounds located in Saskatchewan provincial parks and recreation sites for the period commencing at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2011 and ending on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 11:00 p.m.

At the request of Regional Park Authorities, I further prohibit the possession or consumption of beverage alcohol in all campgrounds in the following regional parks for the period commencing at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2011 and ending on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 11:00 p.m.:

Atton’s Lake, Brightsand Lake, Clearwater Lake, Dunnet, Elrose, Jean Louis Legare,Kipabiskau, Last Mountain, LeRoy Leisureland, Lucien Lake, Meeting Lake, Moose Creek, Morin Lake, Nickle Lake, Palliser, Pine Cree, Sandy Beach, St. Brieux, Struthers Lake and Wakaw Lake.


This order is required for the proper management and control of these campgrounds and in the interest of public safety.

ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — BETWEEN THE TOWN OF WILLOW BUNCH AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITy OF WILLOW BUNCH NO. 42

1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Willow Bunch has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Municipal Affairs.

2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that:

(a) the boundaries of the Town of Willow Bunch and the Rural Municipality of Willow Bunch No. 42 be altered by withdrawing from the rural municipality and adding to the town the territory described in Schedule A;

(b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of Willow Bunch; and
