Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5(3) dan (4) KanunTanah [Bab 81], Menteri Perancangan Sumber dan Alam Sekitar telah membuatArahan yang berikut:

1. Arahan ini bolehlah dinamakan Arahan Tanah (Hak-Hak Adat Bumiputera)(No. 22) 2015 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 6 haribulan Julai 2015.

2. Kesemuanya kawasan tanah yang terletak di Sungai Ensilai, Sungai Nyikau& Sungai Yong, Kapit yang dikenali sebagai sebahagian Lot 90 Blok 11 TanahDaerah Menuan dan Plot A mengandungi keluasan kira-kira 8.23 hektar keseluruhannya,seperti yang digariskan dengan lebih khusus lagi dalam (Pelan Cetakan No. 4/AQ/7D/18/2014) dan digariskan dengan dakwat merah, adalah dikehendaki bagisuatu maksud awam iaitu untuk Cadangan Tapak Baru Bagi Sekolah Teknik untukYayasan Sarawak di Bahagian Kapit. Butir-butir selanjutnya berkenaan tanah ituboleh didapati dari pejabat Penguasa Tanah dan Survei, Bahagian Kapit, Kapit.

Pampasan akan dibayar kepada pihak-pihak menuntut yangmempunyai hak adat bumiputera yang terbukti ke atas tanah tersebut atau mana-mana bahagian daripadanya mengikut peruntukan-peruntukan Kanun Tanah.
