The Ritz-Carlton, New OrleansService: St. Jude Community

Center

St. Jude Community Center is a homeless resources center that serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays, houses homeless working women, provides adult basic education,

works with Second Harvest Food Bank to distribute food, and houses volunteers staying in the city to help re-build. We helped set up for the lunch serving, as well as served food

to the homeless.

St. Jude Community Center embodies a passion for the people, from the people, touching the

lives and hearts of thousands every year.Thank you for considering St. Jude Community

Center!

1) The Ritz-Carlton assisted St. Jude Community Center in serving food to the homeless.

2) For 2012 & 2013, The Ritz-Carlton has assisted in serving food to the homeless at St. Jude Community Center once per month.

3) If St. Jude won the prize money, they would use the money for their adult education program, their feeding program, and their "nutrition through art" program.
