Ceremony Venues THE RITZ-CARLTON CEREMONY VENUES Wedding Gazebo
Beautiful wedding ceremonies are created under this open-air gazebo, accommodating up to 250 guests. Facing the west, situated between The Ritz-Carlton Spa’s private pool and Golf Club, it offers wonderful sunset views and the sparkling blue lake as a backdrop for your ceremony.
Citrus Garden
The Citrus Garden combines the ambience of a lush garden with the sophistication of a three-tiered spiral staircase that overlooks the unique venue. Located on the East side of the property, it offers a secluded feel and is completely shaded in the late afternoon and evening. It is a captivating location for ceremonies for up to 200 guests, outdoor receptions and special events.
Da Vinci Lawn
Enjoy the wide open space and luxurious greens of the Da Vinci Lawn. With a spectacular view of the lake in the background, you and your guests can enjoy the sun rising or setting during your event. This extensive venue can accommodate up to 600 guests for an outdoor ceremony or reception.
Ballroom
An indoor ballroom will be reserved as a back-up location for any outdoor event. Should you desire an indoor ceremony, you may select from The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, Plaza Ballroom, Tuscany Ballroom or Siena Room (based on your number of guests and availability).

Reception Venues THE RITZ-CARLTON RECEPTION VENUES The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom
The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom is the grande dame of the resort with its crystal chandeliers, stone and rod iron framed doorways and lavish twelve foot mirrors. It can accommodate up to 600 guests for dinner and dancing. Divisible into six smaller salons, it is ideal for your dream ceremony, wedding reception or both. Its pre-function area has floor to ceiling windows which overlook the scenery and magnificent landscaping of Grande Lakes Orlando.
Plaza Ballroom
The Plaza Ballroom is every bit as luxurious as The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, yet more intimate. It is unique, as it can stand alone or be divisible into three smaller rooms. Seating up to 220 guests for a dinner and dance, it boasts silk wall coverings, light sconces, gold embellished mirrors, nine chandeliers, and features a private entry (porte cochere) and pre-function area.
Tuscany Ballroom
The Tuscany Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests with a dance floor and dinner seating. This elegant new venue features a unique theatrical ceiling offering expanded options for decor and lighting. Exclusive to this ballroom is the Tuscany Terrace. This private terrace features beautiful columns and pergola for an elegant cocktail reception; or desserts, cigars and coffee later in the evening under the stars.
Siena Ballroom
The Ritz-Carlton features several miniature ballrooms, located on the lower level of the conference center, designed for intimate affairs with anywhere from 10 to 100 guests. Adorned with elegant chandeliers, silk wall coverings, and lower ceilings, these cozier venues are perfect for an intimate wedding dinner, a bridal party holding room or afterglow party.
Da Vinci Lawn and Terrace
This 20,000 square foot outdoor function lawn and terrace can accommodate 200 to 600 guests in any style. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and offering a spectacular scene of the lake, it is simply a breathtaking venue for your outdoor event. FOOD AND BEVERAGE All food and beverage is to be purchased solely through the The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. All food and beverage charges are subject to a 24% taxable service charge and a 6.5% Florida sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please provide us with a copy of a valid Florida Tax Exempt Certificate. A $7.50 cake cutting fee will be applied to any cake brought in by an outside vendor. The $7.50 cake cutting fee is subject to 24% service charge and 6.5% sales tax. The Florida Law requires persons to be a minimum of 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages. The hotel reserves the right to refuse alcoholic service to anyone. The hotel will provide a complimentary Wedding Menu Tasting for up to six (6) guests, including the Bride and Groom. Tastings allow a limited sampling to experience the flavors and a broad understanding of the culinary capability. Please consult with your Wedding Event Manager about your tasting needs. GUARANTEES A final guarantee of attendance must be submitted by 3:00pm three business days prior to your event. This guarantee is not subject to reduction.
