This luxurious en suite master bath was designed with luxury and sophisticated elegance in mind. The result: a spa-like

retreat created with a mix of materials and a contemporary classic – or transitional - design.

The initial room specifications called for a freestanding bathtub provided by Azzura Bath. With an open layout and opulent cabinetry by Villa Kitchen, my vision was to allow for his and her vanities and a separate makeup counter for her. The generous amount of storage in this master bathroom gives the client enough space to store all their daily necessities, eliminating the need for exposed clutter.

Functionality was key to this space, along with luxury and elegance. With that in mind, the enlarged shower, complete with body jets and a large rain showerhead from Riobel Faucets, delivers on both fronts while keeping that unique spa feeling. Since this is a model space, buyers may introduce their own styles and preferences for fixtures and finishes, but this neutral, classic palate is an excellent template for them to personalize. With a separate water closet area, the main features of this space can be enjoyed endlessly. Underfoot, the soft, polished porcelain flooring is contrasted by a smooth river rock inlay beneath the bathtub and inside the shower enclosure. These materials deliver a seamless feel to this grand master ensuite. Finally, the soaring nine-foot ceilings accented with refined crown moulding done by Artizan Interior & Exterior Finishings is the crowning glory of this contemporary classic bathroom. —H
