Development of micro, small and middle enterprises is considered by the state as the important factor economical development of Kazakhstan

For last years the strong infrastructure of support for small enterprises was established in the Republic

But in spite of the wide specter of state support and service there is great difference between incomes of rural and urban population in Kazakhstan

The aim of network Rural Development Centers will be the strengthening of economic growth in rural areas by promoting trade and competitiveness of micro and small businesses in the region and its further integration into the national strategy of development business


We identified nine key areas:

1. The introduction of technology;

2. Supply of necessary raw materials for the villagers;

3. Required equipment for the villagers;

4. Investments (giving microcredit, equity);

5. Constant support and counseling to micro and smallenterprises, promote the development of their own business;

6. Expert assistance;

7. Marketing research;

8. Logistics Centre for the implementation of raw materials andfinished products of villagers to urban areas and access toforeign markets;

9. School Personnel;


Today, the organization has the task of increasing sales of rural areas through the introduction of new technologies:

- information technology and exchange (market approach is the best tool for producers and consumers);

- New technologies cheaper logistics and transport;

- New storage technologies (ideal storage of product does not change the original quality or change it so that its consumer properties are improved);

-new ways of processing the product;

- technology of processing products "on place"
