THE POWER OF REVELATIONConceived out of the hearts and minds of Ken Blanchard, co-author of The One Minute Manager® and Phil Hodges, Lead Like Jesus has brought people face to face with Jesus as the leader for transformation who impacts individuals, organizations and nations. The revelation that Jesus is the greatest leadership role model of all time is the seed planted deeply in the foundation of Lead Like Jesus. The centrality of Jesus is the guiding principle and focus of the message and ministry of Lead Like Jesus.

We are convinced that the model of Jesus is the only model of leadership that transforms a leader and those he or she influences. We take seriously the words of Jesus when He said,

“Follow me,” and we have invited others to take this seriously, too.

Over the last 20 years, we’ve seen God do more than we “could ask or imagine.” At the beginning, we didn’t know what we didn’t know and now know that our imagination was way too small. The prophet Habakkuk reminds us “Look at the nations and watch— and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told” (Habakkuk 1:5).

Lead Like Jesus sensed and responded to a divine compulsion to take this clear leadership message to the ends of the earth. When people anywhere lead like Jesus, it makes a

world of difference no matter where they are. From remote villages to bustling, modern metropolises, the Lead Like Jesus model is being adopted and transforming homes, churches, businesses, schools and more. Organizations have and continue to adopt Lead Like Jesus as their internal operating system because of the way it shapes behaviors and fuels organizational culture.

Today, Lead Like Jesus is more strategically positioned globally than ever in its history to meet the challenges of leadership through the message and model of Jesus.

Lead Like Jesus is a discipleship ministry with a mandate to Follow the Leader who said,

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Jesus’ plan for changing the world was to train and commission twelve men plus other followers. Our intentional focus has been to illuminate the timeless leadership modeled by Jesus for His first disciples and all those that follow in fulfilling their Kingdom purpose. The multiplication discipleship process is found in 2 Timothy 2:2

“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”

Lead Like Jesus wants everyone, everywhere to be impacted by someone who leads like Jesus. Over the past twenty years Lead Like Jesus has been dedicated to inspiring and equipping people to Lead like Jesus through the development of Jesus centered, leader focused, training programs and resources. The movement of Lead Like Jesus has influenced the thinking, behavior and development of hundreds of thousands leaders, globally. Now these leaders are impacting their spheres of influence, spreading the Good News as they follow the Leader.
