    Summary

    This subject is in aim of study publicize strategy of Pili glove puppetry, and if it is

    appropriate for other tradition drama industry. We study it through information collection and

    literature review. Considering that Yi-Shin Taiwanese Opera Troupe has launched a series of

    innovative theater and also made it a big success, so we chose Yi-Shin Taiwanese Opera

    Troupe for the example. Yi-Shin Taiwanese Opera Troupe has high reputation and

    achievements in traditional art industry and media market, however, it seems like lack of

    frame. This article hope that it could find a solution for Yi-Shin Taiwanese Opera Troupe

    through the example of Pili. This article find out that Pili glove puppetry has its root in

    traditional drama but didnt decline like its same trade because it chose a modern way to run.

    Here are some reasons:

    1. Entrepreneurial Operation.

    2. Without traditional responsibility.

    3. Innovative reform

    4. Pay a lot of attention to fandom community.

    5. Market-oriented.

    Yi-Shin Taiwanese Opera Troupe lack of entrepreneurial operation management, which

    leads to manpower mismanagement. Whats more, ignoring the interaction with fandom

    communities was their deficiency of promotions and marketing.
