INSIDE THE DESIGN:The 56th + 57th floors of Three First National Plaza are transformed into highly refined spaces with a minimalist aesthetic. Switzerland’s history of architecture, graphic design, + conservative business practices are showcased through the adjacencies of public and private spaces, with carefully selected graphic elements. All aspects of the design work in partnership the theme “Graphically Private” previals.

Wall Location - 57 th. Floor

With Semi-private divisions between work stations, the “Spin Walls” allow users on either side to change their work environment as often as they like.

With different iconic images of Switzerland users can rotate the spindles to mix-and-match the to create their own Scenes. The collage of images plays off of Switzerland’s rich history of graphic design.

The goal of Union Athletics of Chicago is to change the way people think about their workouts. Do to the overwhelming popularity of social media in today’s society, Union Athletics of Chicago believes that the individual workout experience can benefit by adopting similar cocepts and putting them together under one roof in a brand new facility called, Kinetix.

Typically gyms are filled with individual users focused solely on personal performance goals. The lack of dynamics in a workout can quickly cause routines to become repetitive and boring, thus causing a lack of progression. This creates a negative outlook on the experience and causes people to lose motivation and stop working out.
