Why is it illegal Internet piracy is the unlawful reproduction and/or

distribution of any copyrighted digital file that can change hands over the Internet. This can be done with music files, videos and movies, e-books, software, and other materials.

Terminologies Client: is the software that downloads torrent.

Torrent: stores metadata used for Torrent.

Magnetic Link: they have no files associated with them just data.

Seed: are the people who are uploading the file and no longer downloading it.

P2P (Peer-2-Peer): refers to a computer network in which each computer in the network can act as a client or server for the other computers in the network, allowing shared access to files.

Peer Exchange: is a communication protocol tool, that allows a group to collaborate to share a given file.
