Mr. Naser Tahboub – Mr. Tahboub is an advisor to the Palestinian Authority minister of finance and Prime minister in areas of fiscal policy. Mr. Tahaboub is an Adjunct professor of Taxation and accounting in Bir-Zeit University and Jerusalem University; He is a member of the Joint economic committee and was a member of the Paris team for economic negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority during the years 1993-1994, responsible for customs, trade and indirect taxes .During the years 1994 – 2004 Mr. Tahaboub was the Palestinian Authority commissioner of taxes, and during the years 2005-2006 he held the position of General Director of Al-Aqsa bank in Ramallah.
