Famous Person Poster Checklist Poster has at least 2 pictures 1 that is a primary source, if available.

Poster has at least 2 paragraphs, 1 must contain biographical information, such as: where they were born, and or details about their career

One paragraph must contain why the person is a notable citizen from your community, including what contribution he or she made.

Picture must include a caption.

Poster should include at least 2 text features. (Such as: Bold Print, Titles, Definitions of words, captions, diagram etc.)

Fieldtrip to the Sedgwick County Historical Museum to help us research Wichita’s history.

Students photographed authentic objects and were introduced to primary sources.
