Following a simple step by step process,

sellers set up their profile and create their

listing. This includes adding the property

details, setting a reserve price, uploading

an energy performance certificate (EPC),

and listing any ‘open days’.

Once your listing is complete we will

market your property and start the online

auction. We will also advertise your

property on Rightmove and Zoopla.

Buyers can register and sign in to search

for their perfect property. If they like what

they see and want to know more, they

can ask the seller a question through the

website or attend an open day before

they place their bids. It’s open to cash and

mortgage buyers.

During the auction period you can

showcase the property on open days

which will be held on assigned dates.

Potential buyers can register to attend

providing the sellers with a complete

guest list.

At the close of the bidding window, the

process finishes with a winning bid as

long as the reserve is met or exceeded.

Buyers have 48 hours in which to submit

the reservation fee (2.4% inc. VAT) and

secure the sale. A memorandum of sale

is then issued to both the seller and

the buyer. We work with Natwest and

Worldpay to ensure all cash transactions

are handled with care.

The sale conveys in the traditional manner

through to the exchange of contracts,

following our 90-day completion rule.

If required, a Post Auction Review will

be done for those properties that have not

had their reserve price met. Appropriate

next steps will be discussed with the seller.
