Advisor SLA has been designed to optimize Ethernet & IP services, by reporting and notifying on:

• All KPIs are provided with One way, and/or Round Trip measurement

The solution is a combination of Probes (Hardware & Software Probe) performing Active Test & Passive Analysis, deployed on the Ethernet & IP Network infrastructure; and one Central Management System, Advisor SLA, managing Probes and tests scenarios, collecting all QoS measurements, SLA Management, and generating dashboard and reports.

In order to detect and check the root cause of specific network behaviour like Route Change, Fast Reroute, or Atomic Delay, H-Probes use the latest synchronization technology, IEEE 1588v2 (PTP) with Telecom profile, in combination with our Expert System «Path Anomalie».
