DeColores brothers and sisters,
Spring is here, praise God! Spring begins in LVTD with Men's and Women's #11 weekends, so please be
sure to send your palanca to each weekend so that the candidates and team members can be blessed directly
by your hand. Don't forget to stop in and help with physical palanca, as well as attend the mananita and
closing. This is our chance to show how much we love and support our Pescadores, so lets do it in large and
overwhelming numbers.
Our LVTD Annual Meeting is also fast approaching. This meeting takes place at the beginning of our June
secuela and is the time when we will elect members to our Secretariat, which is the governing body of
LVTD. Since there is no secuela in May due to the Weekends, the June secuela is our next gathering. The
June secuela/annual meeting is also the first time we'll all have a chance to gather and interact with the
newest pescadores since the #11 Weekends, so please be sure to attend this meeting and secuela. Mark your
calendars now!
On a final note, one of the positions that you will be voting for in June is for a new President. My time in this
position will end shortly, and I want to say that it has been an honor and a joy to serve everyone in LVTD.
We started in 2009 with nothing but the Lord's Grace, and we are now on our 11th set of Weekends. Is God
good or what?! He has blessed this community, and has guided us every step of the way. I pray that the
Lord's hand continues to guide this community, and that your next President will be even more blessed than I
have been.
DeColores everyone, and I look forward to seeing everyone at the Weekend closings and upcoming June
secuela!

Board meets monthly and everyone from the community is invited to come and share their thoughts and
