• Can be completed once a year– Actually, the course can be taken again after
nine months, to allow sufficient time
• Can be reviewed any time– Before enrolling for a course, and on the 1st
review only, all exam questions can be reviewed
• Web site auto-logoff is set at 65 minutes, so be sure to complete the exam in less than 65 minutes!

• This ensures the integrity of the exam process

• The course can be completed in multiple sessions– Take a chapter a day, for example
• On the other hand, the exam must be completed in one session– Or, you start the exam over each time you log
back in!– Remember, the exam must be completed in 65
minutes or less.

• This is probably because the user did not register for the course– Registration allows FAASafety.gov to keep a
record of a user’s completion of the course• For WINGS credit and also for regulatory confirmation
