Summary• The NTKP is the major source of Inuit Traditional

Knowledge in the Slave Geological Province.

• The NTKP provides baseline data that augments science, and in some cases, is the only information available.

• Partnerships with industry and government will add value to resource development and to promoting Inuit culture.

• KIA will continue building the NTKP, focused on the entire Kitikmeot Region.
