THE IMMORTALITY AND THE LAST TRUMPET

All the trumpets are chronological snap shot of apocalyptic wars, a huge war starting in Middle East (Revelation 9:14, 16:12) and getting bigger and bigger till the seventh and final trumpet.

Briefly, it describes:

A “smoke of a great furnace” (a nuclear mushroom?) That covers a part of the sun and the moon (Revelation 9:2) “and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.”

Revelation 9:2 describes the explosion of a nuclear bomb.

Attacks of Helicopters Apache that move as “locusts” (Revelation 9:7), that have “hair of women” (Revelation 9:8) - propeller of helicopter - and which sound is like “the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle” (Revelation 9:9), exactly as a helicopter does.

Etc... till the Last and Seventh trumpet of Revelation 10:5, that is:

“And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: But in the days of the voice of the

seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the Mystery of Elohim should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the Prophets.” Revelation 10:5

Which Mystery is this prophecy talking about? And who are the prophets who received this prophecy? Well, it's all about the Mystery of the Immortality that comes through the resurrection of the dead, as revealed by the prophets Daniel and Ezekiel.

The “Rapture theory” promoted and miss-understood by most evangelists must happen after the Resurrection of the dead and the secret of celestial and indestructible body that bring eternal life.

“And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” Daniel 12

As Daniel, Yeshua, our great Lord, prophesied a desolation such that has never happened in humankind history (Matthew 24:21). In other words, the resurrection of dead and the Mystery of God must happen at the end of the great tribulation. Well, if the resurrection of the dead was to happen before the great tribulation, where would the Mystery be? A Mystery is generally revealed at the end. Isn't that always the case?

The Apostle Shaul confirms what the Prophets said before him:

“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of YHWH; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to YHWH, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Yeshua.” 1 Corint. 15:50

Once again, Shaul confirms what the book of Revelation chapter 10 says: the resurrection of the dead must take place at the last trumpet,

Page 5: the mystery of god

that is the seventh. The same as John described in his Revelation, when the Ark of the covenant will appear in the sky with lightning, voices, thunderings and earthquake... Just as the time of Joshua and the battle of Jericho when the trumpets were blown, the Ark seems to be used as a Final weapon of mass destruction. The walls of the city were brought down using the holy ark of the Covenant and the blowing the trumpets. It is theorized that it was some sort of sonic attack. This will once again happen at the end of the war when the Messiah comes back to the earth with his servants' celestial, to destroy the Islamic Beast-Army.

“And the seventh angel sounded the trumpet; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Messia; and he shall reign for ever and ever. […] And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. And the Sanctuary of YHWH was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his Sanctuary the Ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.” Revelation 11:18

Matthew Chapter 4 tells us that during the time of the great desolation, some chosen people from the earth will join the Messia at the sound of a Trumpet, at the last day, the famous “Day of YHWH”, when “the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken”.

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh.” Matthew 24:29

The gathering of the 12 tribes of Israel is written in the Torah; during a Jubilee year that must start on a Yom Kippur Feast (Day of Atonement), all tribes of Israel must be gathered to their land to celebrate a sabbatical and jubilee year that will announce a sabbatical millennium too... it must start to the sound of trumpet!

“And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto

Page 6: the mystery of god

154

thee forty and nine years. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month (Yom Kippur), in the day of Atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed. For it is the jubilee; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field. In the year of this jubilee ye shall return every man unto his possession.” Leviticus 25:8

Interestingly, in the Torah the Gathering of the tribes (called and interpreted as “The Rapture” in the Evangelical world) occurs at the sound of a trumpet that must be blown during the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). The Prophet Yoel identified “The Terrible Day of YHWH” during a Yom Kippur and Jubilee Year, “Blowing the Trumpet” and “Gathering of the tribes in a Holy convocation, Fasting and Repentance”.

“Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of YHWH cometh, for it is nigh at hand; A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. (...)The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: And YHWH shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of YHWH is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? Therefore also now, saith YHWH, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto YHWH your Elohim: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto YHWH your Elohim? Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly: Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.” Yoel 2:1

As explained in the book of Daniel and in the book of Revelation, during the Har Meguido, the Beast must fight and win the “first round” against the Kadoshim people (Saints). If the “Rapture” was to happen before the

Page 7: the mystery of god

155

great tribulation, there would be no more Kadoshim left. This understanding does not line up with the Word.

“And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.” Daniel 12:7

“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all tribus, and tongues, and nations.” Revelation 13:7

Just like Daniel, the Prophet Ezekiel spoke about the resurrection of a huge army that comes back from death.

“Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord YHWH; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord YHWH; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am YHWH, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I YHWH have spoken it, and performed it, saith YHWH.” Ezekiel 37:9

YHWH will raise a great army to fight against the Beast; the Almighty will raise an army of celestial and indestructive body, an army of immortals!

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of YHWH. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty Elohim. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name

156

written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great Elohim; That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.” Revelation 19:11

Is highly probable that the return of our Lord and Messia will be at the beginning of a Jubilee Year. During this Yom Kippur, I imagine Israelites crying and reading the book of Isaiah chapter 53.

“Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of YHWH been revealed? He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by Elohim, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and YHWH has laid on him the iniquity of us

all. He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is

silent, so he did not open his mouth. By oppressionand judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished. He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it was YHWH´s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though YHWH makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring

and prolong his days, and the will of YHWH will prosper in his hand. After he has suffered, he will see the light of life and be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.” Isaiah 53

“O YHWH, thou art my Elohim; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. For thou hast made of a city an heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built. Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee. For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall. Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low. And in this mountain shall YHWH of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined. And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations. He will swallow up death in victory; and YHWH Elohim will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the YHWH hath spoken it. And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our Elohim; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is YHWH; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation. For in this mountain shall the hand of YHWH rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill. And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands. And the fortress of the high fort of thy walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.” Isaiah 25

WILL 2017 BE A JUBILEE YEAR?

Judah Ben Samuel was a legendary and prolific German rabbi of the 12th century who made some astonishing and specific predictions about the future of Jerusalem and Israel that came true.Judah Ben Samuel, also known as Judah he-Hasid (Judah the Pious), lived and worked from the end of the 12th century until the beginning of the 13th century in Regensburg, authoring a number of books in the German language.

Following the Christian crusades to the Holy Land, between 1096-1270, a regular correspondence developed between the Jews in the Holy Land and the Christian West. Thus, for example, the rabbis in Worms and Regensburg in Germany knew that Saladin's Ayyubids had been ruling in the Holy Land since 1187.

At this time, Judah Ben Samuel published the results of his biblical

Page 10: the mystery of god

158

calculations (Gematria) and astrological observations and summarized as follows: “When the Ottomans (Turks) – who were already a power to be reckoned with on the Bosporus in the time of Judah Ben Samuel – conquer Jerusalem they will rule over Jerusalem for eight jubilees. Afterwards Jerusalem will become no-man's land for one jubilee, and then in the ninth jubilee it will once again come back into the possession of the Jewish nation – which would signify the beginning of the Messianic end time.”

One jubilee is 50 years (Leviticus 25). It is the 50th year after seven times seven years, the year in which each person should regain ownership of his or her land. Ben Samuel's calculations were purely theoretical; there was absolutely no sign at that time of their being fulfilled. He himself was not able to experience their fulfillment, for it was only 300 years after his death that the first of his predictions were to come true.

The Mamluks, who had been reigning in Jerusalem since 1250, were conquered in 1517 by the Ottoman Turks. They remained for eight jubilees (8 x 50 = 400 years), that is to say they were in Jerusalem for 400 years. Exactly 400 years later, in 1917, the Ottoman Turks were conquered by the British. The League of Nations conferred the Mandate for the Holy Land and Jerusalem to the British. Thus, from 1917, under international law, Jerusalem was no-man's land.

Then, when Israel captured Jerusalem in the Six Day War of 1967, exactly one jubilee (50 years) after 1917, Jerusalem reverted to Jewish-Israeli ownership once again. Thereby, according to the prophecies of Judah Ben Samuel, the Messianic End Times began.

Many scholars have studied and made reference to Judah Ben Samuel's writings in an effort to understand how he reached his conclusions. Among those referencing Ben Samuel were Rabbi Isaac Ben Solomon Luria, a mystic dealing with the messianic world (Jerusalem, 1531-1572, Safed); Joseph Solomon Delmegido (1591 Candia – 1655 Prague), a mathematician and astronomer (Mazref le-Chochma), Azulai I (1724-1806), a famed bibliographer; Samuel David Luzzatto (1800-1865), a Bible scholar; historian Heinrich Graetz (1817-1891); and Torah scholar Jacob Epstein (1925-1993).

The secret of how Judah the Pious arrived at such accurate predictions has less to do with the actual calculations than it does with the fact that he had consecrated his life to Elohim. His pupils Rabbi Isaac ben Moses (Vienna), Rabbi Baruch ben Samuel (Mainz) and Rabbi Simcha (Speyer) testify that Ben Samuel was a model of abstinence and selflessness and was awaiting with a burning desire the coming of the Messia.

Page 11: the mystery of god

159

Ben Samuel was often called “Light of Israel”. Even bishops came to him for advice. If anyone asked him where his wisdom came from he would answer, “The prophet Elijah, who will precede the Messiah, appeared to me and revealed many things to me and emphasized that the precondition for answered prayer is that it is fueled by enthusiasm and joy for the greatness and holiness of Elohim.”

But to recap the astonishing predictions: In AD 1217 this scholarly and pious rabbi prophesied that the Ottoman Turks would rule over the holy city of Jerusalem for eight Jubilees. Now, keep in mind, he made this prediction 300 years before the Ottoman Turks seized control of Jerusalem in 1517. If indeed 1217 and 1517 were jubilee years as Judah Ben Samuel believed, then his prophecy was exactly right, because exactly 400 years after the Turks took control of Jerusalem they were driven out of the city and the holy land in 1917 by the Allied forces under the command of General George Allenby – on Hanukkah, by the way.

But it gets more interesting still.

The rabbi also prophesied that during the ninth Jubilee Jerusalem would be a “no-man's land.” This is exactly what happened from 1917 to 1967, due to the fact that the Holy Land was placed under British Mandate in 1917 by the League of Nations and literally “belonged” to no nation.

Even after Israel's war of independence in 1948-49, Jerusalem was still divided by a strip of land running right through the heart of the city, with Jordan controlling the eastern part of the city and Israel controlling the western part of the city. That strip of land was considered and even called “no-man's land” by both the Israelis and the Jordanians.

It was not until the Six Day War in 1967 when the entire West Bank of the Holy Land was conquered by the Israeli army that the whole city of Jerusalem passed back into the possession of Israel. So once again the prophecy made by the rabbi 750 years previously was fulfilled to the letter.

It certainly would be significant if both 1917 and 1967 were Jubilee years, considering the significance of what happened in Jerusalem on those years. But it gets even more interesting, because Judah Ben Samuel also prophesied that during the 10th Jubilee Jerusalem would be under the control of the Jews and the Messianic “end times” would begin. If he's right, the 10th Jubilee began in 1967 and will be concluded in 2017.

“The Bible should be our standard for prophecy and interpretation of prophetic events,” said Joseph Farah, editor and founder of WND, upon

learning of Judah Ben Samuel's predictions in Israel Today. “But one cannot ignore what this 12th-century rabbi said and wrote. It's well-documented. And I applaud Israel Today for bringing it to light. The implications of these predictions is staggering to say the least.” [1]

A jubilee year begins on the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur (a perpetual commandment), that is a special Day of Repentance with fasting (Leviticus 23:27) and has the particularity to gather all the tribes in Israel at the sound of a Trumpet.
