About MIoDThe Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) provides the Myanmar market with thought leadership in corporate governance as well as professional corporate governance and director education. MIoD aims to advance board professionalism, promote business ethics and transparency, create networks between corporate leaders and stakeholders, and boost investor confidence in Myanmar’s private sector. MIoD was launched in March 2018 and it is governed by a board of directors comprising both public and private sector representatives.

MIoD was formed with support from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a sister organization of the World Bank and a member of the World Bank Group, and the governments of Australia and the United Kingdom.

MIoD Gold Patron This is the premium level of sponsorship aimed at attracting a small number of partners to serve the prestigious role of MIOD Gold Patron. Your organization will receive high level branding with MIOD throughout the year. Through this, your organization will be seen as a committed leader to good governance and responsible business in Myanmar.

MIoD Silver Patron This sponsorship type will be open to wider audience of partners who are interested in supporting and promoting good practices in Myanmar. MIoD Silver Patrons will receive substantial recognition with MIOD throughout the year and will get priority access to MIoD events.
