Designed to enhance the athlete’s ability to read, react, move and make the right decisions. These drills will expose tennis players to a system of quality drills to achieve proper technique when running, jumping, landing, accelerating, decelerating and changing direc-tion, keeping balance and control over the body. By following these simple exer-cises the players will reach a level where they are able to perform strong, precise, powerful, explosive and agile movements that will allow them to hit the ball with power and control.

Fundamental movement drills, placing the emphasizes on the quality of the player’s movement. As the athlete progresses, the movement skills become more sport specific and focus on movement patterns, movement strength, and linear and/or multidirectional movement skills.
