• Where does the integration adjustment take place and
who can accomplish it?o The Integration module is installed into AX, 1С is equipped with a shared
receiving module. All the main adjustments take place in AX, and partly in 1C,
when needed. Adjustment can be carried out by an AX advanced user,
sometimes you will need to recruit a programmer.
• Why do we need the integration module in general?o AX is one of the best ERP systems, but as any other foreign product it suffers
from low update release rate, as regards updates according to changes in
Russian legislation. Besides, our accountants got used to working with 1C and
this module will give them this opportunity without wasting time because of
repetitive data entry.
• How can we be sure that all the data get into 1С?o Documents are uploaded automatically; the system never forgets any
operation. All the mistakes, if any, will be registered in the special AX journal.

• The module can integrate one AX with one 1C, cannot it? But what if besides one 1C Accounting we also have 1C Payroll and HRM or another configuration?o Developers took this into account. The module can be integrated with several

• What data can be transmitted with the help of this module?o Any directories and documents, except operations, that were entered directly
into accounting registers (references). The integration works both ways: from AX to1С and vice versa.
• Will documents be automatically recorded as journal entries in 1C or not?o There is such an option. It depends on the module settings. The main
advantage of the module is the opportunity to adjust the control over recording of journal entries according to 1C rules. The user of AX will not be able to record an entry until he fills all the fields required in 1C. This feature is called “immediate verification”.
