About Us Welcome to our LivingSEED’s Outdoor Furniture Collection. We are also offering indoor furniture collection along

with the bedding and mattresses as we are expanding our product range to serve you better. For more than

Our Timber products are made from 100% Premium-Grade “Acacia Mangium” hardwood offering durability,

stability and easy to maintain. The Acacia Mangium possesses similar characteristics to Teak which perfectly

suits the harsh adverse weather conditions in Australia.

Especially for our Mimosa Timber range, we use the MOSO Bambu. Bamboo is the most versatile natural raw

material as an alternative to the regular wood timber, offering the strength, the durability and the ease of

maintenance.

And our wicker products are made from 100% high grade synthetic wicker which has been rigorously tested to

suit the harsh adverse Australian weather, offering the durability, the strength and the sturdiness for years to

come.

Timber Products A limited 3 years warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all timber furniture except those with built in extension or folding mechanism. A limited 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all furniture with built in extension or folding mechanism The warranty DOES NOT cover the following: • Any imperfections or variation in the timber • Normal wear & tear and normal fade • Checking & small fine line cracks in timber furniture as the result of the furniture settling into the new environment • All commercial use • Any damage, deterioration, misuse, abuse or negligence resulting from the failure of care and maintenance Freight for replacement or repairs is the responsibility of the customer The warranty only covers the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Cushion A limited 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all our cushions. Our cushions are UV stabilised and treated. We strongly recommend that cushions are covered or removed when not in use to protect the colour and keep them looking brand new. Please note that the warranty does not cover material fading or mould, mistreatment, deterioration, misuse, abuse or negligence as the result of the failure to care and maintain.
