Please turn to page two for a detailed schedule of the
conference.
“The one concern of the devil is to keep Christians from praying. He fears nothing from
prayerless studies, prayerless work, and prayerless religion. He laughs at our toil, mocks at
our wisdom, but trembles when we pray.”
Samuel Chadwick
The heart that we have for God's Word must be matched with a heart for prayer. I am ex-
cited about our Prayer Conference later this month with Gary and Dana Miller. I am asking
our Lord to use this Conference to move us individually and corporately into a more intimate
and disciplined life of prayer. I am also asking our Lord that the Conference will spur our
men to lead our wives and our families in consistent daily prayer.
Make every effort to attend all the sessions starting Friday, October 28.
Friday, Oct. 28(6-8PM)
Meal Provided
Session 1 ARMOR OF GOD
Session 2 TEACHING MEN HOW TO FIGHT LIKE A GIRL – Dana Miller's testimony
Saturday, Oct. 29(8:45AM-Noon)

Session 3 “WHAT THINGS?” (Luke 24)
Session 4 Men's session: TOP TEN MYTHS – Ten myths about spiritual leadership.
Gary will challenge the men to make their marriage relationship a way to mag-
nify God in the eyes of their children.
Women's session: P.U.S.H. - Dana leads women to take/move to a new level of
intercession for their children and grandchildren.
Session 5 C.A.S.T. - Gary and Dana team teach this session and they will teach the essen-
tials to consistent conversation with God.
INTRODUCTION OF THE PRAYER PARTNER COVENANT - This is a handout that husbands and
dads are given to take home and prayerfully consider using as an instrument to help them become
the prayer leader in their home.
Sunday, Oct. 30
Combined Sunday school (9:30AM)
Men's Session: PRACTICING HIS PRESENCE: How to be spiritual leaders in their
homes.
Women's session: GETTING A GRIP: Due to Dana's personal experiences with her
fight with cancer, she has an immediate connection with women, and they have
A LOT of questions about this issue that must be dealt with from a biblical per-
spective.
Worship Service (10:45AM) TALK LESS! PRAY MORE!
Gary's message challenges people to take the challenge to apply these four
words to their lives. Talking inflates a crisis. Praying places the crisis where it
belongs...in God's hands. Prayers takes the IMpossible and turns transforms it
into the HIMpossible.
