Company Profile: Prosperous 20 yearsIn 1986, Rui’an City Yong’an Machinery Plant was founded in Haiyang Industrial Park, Tangxia Town, Rui’an City, Zhejiang Province. Despite of the hardships and the changes, the plant has always been devoted to the production front.In 2000, under the determination of the company directors, Yong’an Machinery stepped the feet on research and development of vibratory piling hammers. With the determination and the efforts, we occupied the leading positions in the industry, becoming a manufacturer with integrated businesses of research and development, production, sales, and leasing. On June 8, 2003, the construction of Hangzhou Bay Bridge started. In the later five years, Yong’an Machinery provided 49 vibratory hammers of different types and specifications, witnessing the breakthrough of the difficulties in the construction of bridges, accumulating experiences for the future development and technological innovation, and winning great reputation. By June, 2009, Yong’an Machinery participated the construction of 21 railways, 327 bridges, among there are 18 cross-sea bridges, and 45 cross-rive bridges, such as Wenzhou-Fuzhou Railway, commenced on December 26, 2004, Wuhan-Guangzhou Express Railway, commenced on June 23, 2005, Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Railway, commenced on October 27, 2005, and Fuzhou-Xiamen Express Railway, Xiamen-Shenzhen Express Railway, Zhengzhou-Wuhan Express Railway, Hefei-Wuhan Express Railway, Harbin-Daqing Express Railway, Shanghai-Hangzhou Express Railway, and etc. From the snow covered Songhuajiang River to hot Sanya in Hainan, Yong’an vibratory piling hammers series are applied. On September 9,2008,Yongan Machinery has successfully developed the largest joint vibratory hammer DZJ-480 in China ,which was used in the construction of JiaShao cross-see bridge,and drive the piles diameter of 4.2m into channel in the history of world bridge. Breaking the long-term dependence on imported equipment in the foundation construction industry of Chinese bridge history and saving a lot of cost for the construction enterprises. On May 12, 2009, the large production base of Yong’an Machinery was founded in Guanling Industrial Park, Fuding City, Fujian Province. The base covers a land of 13500 square meters, has 30 sets of large production equipments and established independent department of technological development. On Mach 17,2010,we successfully developed the largest joint vibratory DZ-600 in Aisa,and its perfectly performance for the first-time application in the foundation construction of Huanggan Yangtze River Rail Bridge wins a lot of prize. October 7, 2010, another historical day for Yong’an Machinery. Through visits and negotiations lasting one year and six months, Yong’an Machinery and ICE Group in Netherlands signed the cooperation agreement. Yong’an vibratory piling hammers will be distributed directly by the sales network of ICE Group, opening the international market.
