Meriwether Lewis
Meriwether Lewis was Thomas Jefferson’s private secretary.

William Clark
William Clark was Lewis’s friend of Lewis.
He was called The Red headed Chief.
He died in 1838 at the age of 68.
He married a girl named Julia Hancock.
He was one of the leaders of the expedition too.

Sacajawea
Sacajawea was one of the member of the Shoshone Tribe.
She was captured when she was a young girl.
They killed her family and many people. She had a baby named Pomp/Baptiste.She had a girl too.

Seamen was Lewis’s dog. He helped in the
