The FOOL

The message of the Fool is TRUST in your inner knowing. Life is an adventure. A journey to be enjoyed.

Page 4: The leap of faith with the fool

Like an oak tree – all the potential is contained in 1 tiny acorn. We are born with the wisdom and knowing and it is available to draw on when needed. This is symbolized by the bag the fool is carrying.

It may feel like you don’t know where you are going, but you are being guided by your soul. You are accompanied by a friend symbolized by the dog. This could represent an actual person or a spirit guide or spirit animal. The fool brings us new experiences , new ideas and adventures!

The most successful people are those that have fun in their work.

THESE PEOPLE TRUST ALL THINGS HAPPEN ACCORDING TO SOME PLAN EVEN IF THAT PLAN IS NOT KNOWN TO THEM AT THE

MOMENT.

IT IS TIME TO TRUST IN WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU.

Keep your sense of humour. Become again like a child, following your hearts desires and trusting your childlike perceptions.

AN EXERCISE TO FIND YOUR PURPOSE

Page 13: The leap of faith with the fool

1) Go to a store that sells many magazines. Regardless of cost pick 4 magazines you would like to read this month.

2) What are the 4 magazines you would chose? Are they related or have a common theme?

3)This is what interests you

YELLOW CANDLE AUTO WRITING

Cleanse yourself first either by bathing or smudging. Light a yellow candle- on top of page write calling Divine Source (or whatever you want to call God, universe, spirit etc.) Write question. Examples what miracles am I open to receive right now? What are the dreams I most desire to come true? What step can I take right now to move me closer to my goals? Then just start writing. Even if you think what you are writing is just wishful thinking, keep going.

Ask and be prepared for an unconventional answer. Let go of control / how. When you receive your answers – take action on what you receive.

Animal meditation

STUFFED ANIMAL MAGIC

Stuffed animals aren’t just cute and cuddly, they also provide a fun way to enjoy making more magic with our spirit animals and totems. In fact, stuffed animals make a wonderful medium for working with the energies of all sorts of animals. Empower the stuffed animal with the energy and spirit of the animal it is to represent. For instance, you could use a teddy bear for a grizzly bear totem and fill it with strong, wild energy, inviting the spirit of the grizzly bear to actually enter the stuffed bear. Once the stuffed animal is infused with the ‘energy’, simply hug or stroke the animal to charge yourself with those qualities

3 steps to take in the next 30 days

1) Write down exactly what you want to do.

Whether you’re planning a dream vacation or starting a new hobby or changing your life in bigger ways, write down your vision in bold clear terms

Page 18: The leap of faith with the fool

2) Post your written vision somewhere where you can see it.

For example tape it up on your bathroom mirror, on the refrigerator or set it next to your computer.

Page 19: The leap of faith with the fool

3) Take simple steps every day

Every morning, write out 3 simple things you can do to step toward your dreams.Maybe there is a phone call you can make or an email you can send. Perhaps you need to renew your passport or there may be supplies you can buy. It may even be as simple as making the time to meditate or visualize. Do at least one of these tasks EVERY DAY.

Page 20: The leap of faith with the fool

ANOTHER EXERCISE TO TRY THROUGHOUT THE MONTH. – AGAIN WE WANT TO BE MOTIVATED TO TAKE ACTION JUST LIKE THE FOOL STARTING HIS OR HER JOURNEY.

Page 21: The leap of faith with the fool

Install a new habit (like brushing your teeth)

Be specific. What you want to focus on. Example focus on habit of gratitude 60 seconds. Keep it simple. Example write down for 60 seconds what you are grateful for Self reliant. Does not require outside help.

Practice for the whole month.

My habit I want to install is to post something on my Facebook page every day

Page 22: The leap of faith with the fool

The energy I want you to focus on now is trusting and taking action right away when you get an idea. No matter how small that step is – even if it is only to write it down or send yourself a text so you will not forget. Be like the fool and walk through the fear. Just do it! (it will be scary, I know)
