• PowerScribe 360®. Our advanced PowerScribe 360® system gives you real-time

alerts when critical results are ready. You get a callback number and message

ID sent to your smart phone, email or any combination of devices.

• Direct access with prompt response. You can always speak to our radiologists

directly, who respond to physician phone calls and messages as quickly as

possible during business hours. Additional radiology staff members field all calls

for the radiologist outside of business hours and are available 24 hours a day,

seven days a week.

• Concierge liaison. For your convenience, we have a concierge liaison on

staff who keeps communication flowing among your office, our office, your

patients and their insurance carriers. The concierge liaison handles various

administrative tasks, such as patient scheduling and insurance preauthorization,

to free up your staff ’s resources and time.
