Do you know a youth who would benefit from the fantastic training received at RYLA or YRYLA? A youngster who is a sophomore or junior going into their junior or senior years in high school? A youngster who is in the seventh grade going into the eight grade? If you do please encourage them to go to www.RockyMountainRYLA.com and register for RYLA or YRYLA naming our club. Registration opens Feb. 15. Please give the name and contact information for this youth to Mike Oldham. Thank you!
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a program that originated with Rotary International. RYLA encourages servant leadership in youth by recognizing and rewarding deserving 11th grade students who are chosen to attend RYLA as an "award" for their past and present leadership and service activities.
These select young people attend an all-expenses-paid camp where they are inspired by a diverse group of exceptional speakers, make life-long friends through fellowship activities, and discuss the ethical and social issues of today. These activities are conducted in an atmosphere of trust and respect. The result is that these students return to their schools and communities motivated to take on additional leadership roles and to find additional ways to serve.
This project will
provide
Potable Water
Water is essential for life. It is nature’s most important liquid and one without which we wouldn’t be able to live. It’s very important to make it drinkable so that it’s safe for human consumption.

Dear Stephen, (email to Parker Rotarian, Steve Brown)
Tomorrow we will do the inauguration of the Potable Water Project at the Deaf School. I was aiming at yesterday, in commemoration of the 110th anniversary of Rotary, however, the water test results will be delivered tomorrow and we hope everything will be OK. So, tomorrow, if the tests are OK Please see attached a brochure in English and Spanish. Later, we will send to you all the remaining financial information and document support as required by Rotary. It has been a nice pleasure to work in this project and with you and your Club. Kind Regards
