THE KISS is a series of short, yet powerful thirty minute group coaching sessions. Each session will be held virtually so you don’t need to leave the comfort of your home or office. Each session will have a specific topic such as health, money, rela7onships and confidence. THE KISS will give you simple strategies to help you move through your life with greater ease, flow and balance.
