This publication is dedicated to the “Enviast” in all of us. From the builder’s, club’s, racers, supplier’s and writer’s that grace these pages. Bikers Envy Magazine was started now two years ago. During this time period many of you have seen me begin with a DVD, Tablet, Pencil and a sharpie written T-Shirt that I wrote the name of the magazine on with. Whether it was at the Sonic, High Five Cycle’s or Local Drag Strip, I was there. I would like to take this time to thank all that supported the growth and the efforts that has been placed into this publicaation. There was an extended time period between issue’s due to events that were out of my control. These events ranged from tragedy to restructure of this organiza-tion. All the clubs, riders, writers and friends as well as foe, thank you for all the encouragement. “Bikers Envy Magazine” will continue to grow and become more of an advid part of our community. rather that be in sponsorship, commu-nity envolvement, partnering with further positive’s that to will continue to change the negative stereotypical view’s that has been placed on our community as a whole. The old monicar that Cruiser’s doesn’t mix with Sportbike’s and vice versa has become a thing of the past. Along with the ignorance that “the mixture of race’s in this community will not happen” also is becoming a thing of the past. When we ride down the highway and see a fellow rider, regardless of his/her two wheels of choice, we acknowledge each other. I guess what im saying is this publication is one thats dedicated and apart of us all. Nowthatthat’sdone, flipthroughthepages, readthearticlesandinvision what everyone has done to their pieces of work. “Lets show up and show out”!

Sincerely Editor-N-Chief,

Tyree R.

Simply walking by, you are struck with awe in a single glance. The instantly recognizable bodywork and distinctive Hayabusa logo let you know you are catching a glimpse of the legendary beast that years ago de-throned the Super Blackbird. Stretched long and lean its chromed piping is polished to a blinged out shine, resem-bling sinewy muscles tensed and ready to leap into action at the slightest hint ofacceleration.Thefiercenessofhisdark glaring eyes piercing through the low lying windshield reminds you of a steel and chrome panther ready to strike. Instinctively, your heartbeat elevates and you take a step back. The Myrtle West 240 tire kit

further enhances this vision. The fat rear tire that would intimidate any predator provides this animal with precision movement, smooth operation and jaw dropping speed. Without even a second look you know this beast ain’t playin’ and yet you can’t just turn and walk away from the challenge of his stare. Youaretransfixedbytheimages seeming to appear and then disappear throughout the candy blue and silver paint. The precise detail combined with an almost liquid ap-pearance of marble accents dare you to reach out and touch its shiny coat. The thick, blue alligator skin seat is a con-tradiction of comfort and aggression.

Thefinestofrare,premiummateri-als promise unlimited comfort while presenting the image of sleek hunter awaiting it’s prey. Your mind is con-fused by the surprising luxury on a rare animal whose sole purpose appears to be the ability to chew up the road with an abundance of torque and power. This exotically, extreme ma-chine is a beast ready to kill the streets. Your adrenaline jumps at the thought of hearing this animal roar to life as the 1299cc engine with dry shot ni-trous in engaged. The classic, elegant lines will fool them every time and soon all they will see is a glimpse of your license plate. The latest high tech air shifter is tucked in along the

When the sun goes down a myriad of LEDs illuminate the bike and it becomes like a bolt of blue lightening shooting down the street and leaving the spectator in shock and amazement. LarryHollinsofWichita,Ka.,hasturnedcustom-ization of his prized Suzuki Hayabusa into artwork. It’s as though he looked into the heart and soul of a beast and transformed this machine to match his vision. The man himself reps the sport bike scene on a daily basis with this rolling wonder. Since 2002, Larry has been a

member of Phat Azz Bikes, a group almost 30 strong, whose loyalty and commitment to family and community displays theprideofatrulyconfidentandgivingassociation.Muchlike the rare, exotic animals on which they ride, Phat Azz Bikes is a protective and strong group representing a study in raw power and grace. Their devotion to the sport bike sceneisinspiringandthenumberofoutrageousmodifica-tions. Larry has implemented new meaning to the phrase “Custom Fabrication.” As your eyes follow the marbled blue and silver paint down the length of its stretched body, the sun shim-mering on the polished chrome chassis so brightly you have to slip your shades on & the fat rear tire poking out ever so evidently that you cant help but admire the Envy in him, question is :

“ Are you an Enviast ” ?

“Something about a female rider”…. That is what I’m sure most of the ladies that ride have heard one time or another. When the ladies are out there on that slab enjoying there day they always have eyes on them. Some people will make a way to ride beside them, behind them, and if they are lucky get a picture of them. But when you ask them “What is it about a female rider” they really can’t give you a solid explanation. Well let’s help them out shall we: Thought A: Something about a woman riding some-thing that is taboo that only men have doneThought B: Something about a woman handling something so big and pow-erful that it turns him on.Thought C: It’s a woman

being independent on some-thing that has a lot of power that some men are afraid of.Thought D: It’s the way she lookswhileriding(simpleone). Well what ever the reason for wanting to admire the lovely ladies out here on these dangerous machines just know that they ride just as hard, even harder than some men. The ladies have started to cus-tomize and stretch with 240 kits, they are installing and painting like the big boys as well. They are still ladies and expect to still be treated like ladies. The bikes will never differentiate the gender so just respect each other. Co-Co

Introducing the ear piercing RedCrimsonHarleyStreetGlidegeared for the ongoing pursuit of adventure. Leading the way on this quest comes the blood red Suzuki Hayabusa speed machine. The Hayabusa stands no chance against the Harley’s storage capacity, but the Harley would have trouble maintaining the speed capabilities as the Hayabusa. Speed is not an is-sue for the Harley’s speakers. They are guaranteed to slow the Haya-busa down in awe, as it marvels how incredibly loud the Harley’s speakers can get. They have been equipped with all the necessary attributes for their choice of ap-peal. Both have a couple of things incommon, butonethingdefinitely

sticks out the most between these two.Thatis, theyaredefinitelydressed to impress. The manufacturer of the firstbikeisnoneotherthanthelegendary Harley Davidson Motor Company. The owner, Mr. B. Jones purchased it and poured his vision into it by conceiving a bike of his own liking. Jones is 42 and works inthefieldofLawEnforcement.Jones resides in Dallas and works for the Dallas Police Department. Even though his job is obviously demanding, he still manages to balance out his time between riding and working. He is also a man of Godandbelongstoamotorcycleclub,SoulRydaz.Oneofthequali-ficationsofthisclubare:tojust

come together for the enjoyment of the ride in fellowship and is a fam-ily oriented organization as well.Being an avid motorcyclist, you would probably know that it is almost impossible to keep the noise down on a bike. Even with ear-plugs, helmets and ear plugs, you can still hear the mesmerizing rum-ble of a bike’s engine. This bike proves this notion to be right in somanyways.Itdefinestheverymeaning of loud! It has a sound system like no other. Powered by a powerful Alpine Amp, this bike has 4 6X9 speakers installed and em-bedded into it. It can play as loud as a car, if not louder! As if this bike wasn’t loud enough, it also has a wicked ex-

tended tank that looks like a long stretched out Maniacal tongue. While the tunes from an iPod are pump-ing as loud as the speakers possibly can the tongue comes into play. The music dances on this bike’s tongue and reverberates off the pavement in harmony with the motor and burning rubber.Thisbikeredefinestheoldslogan “the roar of the highway!” It also has two majorly extended Arlen Ness style saddle bags that just scream for an extended excursion. With this addition, it can take on the longest ride with less stops and more space to store the necessity. This would prove perfect for that all day get away from the normal agenda and routine. The seat is made of gator skin and the bike also has a custom trick fender. Two things that you just don’t see everyday on a bike.

The bike roars like a beast down the highway and if that weren’t enough,thecustomfinderresem-bles that of a beast’s tail. This and the gator skin make it so the bike’s animalistic nature is unleashed and presented for all to see. The bike has a slightly nar-rower front wheel than standard for this type of bike. It has a 21inch wheel up and 18 inche in the back. This gives it a subtle difference in the bike’s ride that only a person whom Envies motorcycles would be able to notice. It gives it less cushion, but overall more control over the bike. The wheels tame this beastfortherider.GivingJonesmore control of it than it having more control over him.

The next bike is none other than the Suzuki Hayabusa. The bike was bought and perfect-ed by Ervin Coleman II. Cole-man is 45 and lives in Desoto, TX. He is a PC Technician, so youknowhefindsauseforallthe extra gadgets and functions of his bike. This bike has a remote starter that is guaranteed to get a positive reaction and wow the crowds. This means you can be several feet away as you walk towards the bike and pull out the remote starter and it’s already waiting for you to get on and ride. Also, it is impossible to get by this bike unnoticed while on it. It has a rear view camera and monitor on it. This enables free monitoring of all the action going on behind the bike as the road unfolds beneath its wheels. It also has another screen front and center with a DVD player installed. Just incase you get too tired of the ride, or for just plain leisure. It also has the popular Sirius Satellite radio which is commercial free, so the groove doesn’t get interrupted while on the ride. The turn signals are inte-

grated into the tail of motorcycle. This bike also has billet chrome frame sliders and an alarm sys-tem, just incase. The airbrushed blood red color of the bike is com-pletely custom by Coleman and is brought to life by the employ-ment of its Polished Chrome frame. Full body lights can illu-minate this bike at night, so you can see the Japanese characters on the windshield. The handle-bars also have polished chrome encoding their surface. This bike also has a glass clutch cover in-stead of a metallic one to provide some insght to its inner heart beat. Also, this makes it so the clutch’s action is displayed in full view.Onceitisusedenough, thefull effect of it’s glow bright red surface can be seen. This gives the bike a hot and raw attitude. It can take any amount of trials and still be ready for more. The extended exhaust pipes shoot out from behind the clutch, which gives the bike an addedpersonifiednotionthatit has animated qualities. Also to continue with this animated feature, its custom mirrors look

like eyes that stare right back at you. They are oval shapes turned on the side to look like eyes staring right back at you! It loves looking at its prey before its devoured! Like the Harley, it hasaGatorskinseataswell. When you think of a the name Hayabusa, one of the firstthingsthatshouldenteryour mind is speed. It has a 1300 standard engine with acompleteNitrousOxidesystem, just in case. The wheels are by RCComponentandfeaturea 330mm single-side tubular wide wheel with a Venom tire out back. In the back of this motorcycle is where most of the balance for the function of extra speed ex-ists. It has a swing-arm that has been extended 18’, so

it makes it really hard for the front wheel’s tire to ever leave the ground and see any air time. This bike is very efficientlyfasttothepointthat it is safe to get up to those high speeds and main-tain them as well. It also has an air ride system built on it that will allow one of the smoothest rides while pro-viding ample clearance over the rough roads beneath it.Coleman’s Hayabusa and Jones’s Harley. Two different people and bikes with completely different attitudes but pos-sess the same common goals. Both share the desire to ex-perience and enjoy the thrill of the ride in different ways.

These are all things that all lovers of motorcycles in general have in common and can appreciate. You can certainly say that Jones and Coleman have an advid Biker’s Envy.

Similar to the marriage of an artist paint brush to canvas, Micheal Jordan to the history of basketball or MotoG.P.RacingtoCafeRacing,SikAuto Sports out of Mesquite, Texas has begun to solidify his role and placement in this Custom Two Wheel world of ours. While they claim not to be the best, they do claim to be one of the most affordable. But with pieces of work that also grace these pages you can see that “The Proof is in the Pudding sort of speak”. Whether its themuralsofSikRepresentativesonanR1orthecreativecraftingofaThorough bred Stallion, the outcome will hold true to it’s name of being something Sik.

When Bikers Envy Magazine firstmetwithSik,wemetatabikenight at the in famous High Five Cycle’s here in Dallas,Tx. Upon meet-ing Mike, love was displayed before he even knew that this magazine

existed. Walking into Sik Auto Sports you begin to see why the outcome of there products have begun to take flightwithinthisCustomWorld.Theynot only Paint and do Custom Air Brushing, but, service, sales of apparel and custom one offs, are all apart of the recipe as well. The mind set of this crew is “We are you and we know how it feels to be in your shoe’s”. From the mascot to the coun-ter you’ll be treated with the utmost respect. When you drop off your two wheel beauty, don’t fret, it’s in good hands. Some people aren’t partial to leaving there Heart outside of there possession, but its mandatory when you want a custom bike. These dudes will keep it as long as necessary and even shorter than what they tell you! When it comes down to that customlookthatYOUwantitcanbedelivered. If you walk into Sick Auto Sports you can ask what they think is best for you but they won’t tell you until they pull it out of you. That may

sound crazy as hell but it’s just that. And you don’t have to be worried about them standing behind it, they will give you that in Iron Clad. If you walk in and you don’t look your best you will still be treated as though yousteppedoutofaBentleyG.T.Continental. The Crew At Sik Auto Sports would also like to thank Mikes Parents,SergioGarcia,EnduroPow-derCoating,MicahSmith&KamrynNicole.
