Accountant Position:Pay based on exp. 8 am to 5 pm w/overtime (Must be exible with hours)

Duties:

Process Expense Payables

Assist with issues with inventory payables Process Commitments

Prepare Daily / Weekly reports (updating and creating new fles each month)

o Labor, Census, Inventory, Expense & Cost Reductions

Assist in monitoring General Ledger for correct coding and for items outside Plan

Assist is BOM review costing review of ESH

Assist in monitoring standards and variances

o PPV, Labor, Cost Tier Adjustment & Discounts

Back-up Controller o Databases & Reporting

Skills

Excellent Excel, Excellent Word, Experience with ERP system

Basic Access - Basic Analytical Skills

Experience (Preferred)

2 4 years in manufacturing Accounting

Buyer Position:Key Responsibilities:

Optimizing inventory

Cost savings initiatives Planning and executing RFQs

Sourcing commodities and services

Commodity management

Background required:

3 to 5 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

Competent with MS Ofce Suite, particularly Excel functions including

pivot tables, V look-up and graphs

Knowledge and experience with ERP systems, specifcally MRP planning and

execution

Education:

Bachelors degree in business, accounting or technical discipline preferred.
