The Iowa Stroke Rehabilitation Resource Guide

In 2009, the Iowa Stroke Task Force conducted a survey to identify existing rehab services for stroke survivors within the state of Iowa.

The following information is self-reported by Iowa rehabilitation services to assist the Iowa

Stroke Task Force in the creation of an Iowa Stroke Rehabilitation Resource Guide for

patients interested in identifying stroke rehabilitation services within the state of Iowa.

The following information has not been verified for accuracy by the Iowa State Stroke Task Force, nor the American Heart Association. Therefore patients and their families are

encouraged to make their own investigations as to the best service for their individuals needs. The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association does not endorse nor

recommend the facilities referenced.
