why they are being recognized• Anyone who is eligible must receive the recognition• Recognition must occur as close to the action as
possible• Should not be a form of favoritism

• Gives a sense of belonging• People will agree, the feeling of being recognized or
accepted is a great feeling- one that will last forever• You can be the reason for that feeling• Develops a higher level of self-confidence, sense of
accomplishment, and acceptance amongst peers.• Recognition isn’t rocket science; it is the obvious
thing to do
