LASCO has an independent busi ness section called „LASCOMultimedia Services“ in order toexpand services appropriate to thecustomer by making comprehen -sive use of the possibilities ofmodern information technology.

A well-established service team of40 experienced experts ensuresthe trouble-free installation andtimely commissioning of ourproducts at the customer’s factory.Even if prob lems arise which thecustomer can’t solve, this teamwill be present at the customer’sfactory quickly and reliably. Inorder to avoid such problemsaltogether, we provide intensivetrain ing for the operating andmaintenance personnel.

In addition, we offer for all ourprod ucts first-hand maintenance

and repair service. All machinesand lines can be equipped with amodern remote maintenancesystem. Based on up-to-date pic -ture and data transfer technology,this system enables the servicespecialist at the headquarters to getaccess to machine data and controlsituations – wherever the machinemay be installed. Our experts areable to diagnose, make adjustments,and provide help for the re spectivemaintenance and change-overcrews so that the customer cantake the matter in his own hands.This saves time and money.
