PAC19beginsinlessthan5months,butRegistrationclosesinlessthan3months.ThismeanswehaveofficiallyenteredintothemostanticipatedtimeofPACpreparation,thetimewhenelectiveswillbeannounced.Wementionedinapreviousnewsletterthatbasedonpasttrends,itisnormalforelectivestobeannounced3monthsoutfromthecloseofregistration.
There’replentyofcampersthatarewaitingforelectivestobeannouncedbeforetheytaketheplungeandregister.Don’tbeoneofthecampersthatget’scaughtupintheelectiveannouncementregistrationfrenzy.ThePACregistrationwebsitewon’tcrashlikethe2016ABScensuswebsite,butregistrationwilltaketimetoprocess.Especiallyifalotofpotentialcampersallregisteratonce.Meanwhileover200camperswhohavealreadyregisteredandpaidatleast$350willhaveimmediateaccesstoelectivechoices,whentheyareannounced.Ifyouhaveregisteredbutnotreached$350,youmaybeabletoseetheelectives,butwon’tbeabletochoosethemuntilyou’veatleastpaid$350.
Someelectiveswillonlyberunonceandhavelimitedgroupsizes,i.eBarneyCreekandtheStraddieCaper(overnightcanoetrip)willonlyhaveabout20placeseach.Motorkhanawillruntwosessionsforabout25-30places.ElectivesareonlyfortwodaysandareachancetocustomizeyourPACexperience,butdon’tletthembetheonlyreasonyoucometoPAC19.Thereissomuchmoreonoffer.Registernow!
