We put new hand hewn hardwood throughout the space to tie it all together. This new space is accompanied by a large, 2-stall, heated garage addition that features an open pass-through with repurposed kitchen cabinets and reused material from the old front porch. We removed a devising wall and planter that had separated the kitchen from a sunroom, completely removed a long winding staircase and built a solid wood staircase with a sleek glass wall. There are hardwood floors and lots of cool stonework as well. This home is brand new on the inside!

7. Gryboski Builders2057 Lost Dauphin, De Pere 54115Kitchen-Dinette & Great Room This 1950s-era home is located on the Fox River’s west shore and was in need of some updates. Removing one wall in the kitchen turned a cramped, isolated, dark kitchen into a welcoming, open space that is great for entertaining. The great room ceiling and fireplace wall has been renovated and features unique beam work accented with a wood ceiling. The home has a very warm and welcome vibe while still maintaining the integrity of the original architecture. Hardwood floors make the space warm and open feeling; a comfortable retreat overlooking the water.

8. Gryboski Builders1927 Old Valley Court, Ledgeview 54115Finished BasementWe transformed an unfinished lower level into a cozy family retreat. The owner’s vision was to turn the space into a place where family and friends could gather in a casual, comfortable and unique setting. The main living area includes a media room with a stone fireplace, reclaimed beams and a great bar with reclaimed timbers. The billiard room and exercise room are separated by a glass wall, allowing for separation while maintaining an open feel. A secondary entrance from the garage leads to a family mudroom, bath and closet that is built out of reclaimed boards. The entrance from the main living area is accessed by a custom built, sliding barn door made from reclaimed wood.

The new lower level features a family room with surround sound and a dry bar area with a full size fridge for entertaining and a microwave for making popcorn on movie night. 9. Brefco Builders3232 Barkwood Circle, Bellevue 54311Finished Basement This project incorporates a family room, flex room, a full bathroom, game room, and a “man cave” theater. With comfort being at the top of the list, adding a fireplace, zone heating and cooling controls was a must. The theater needed the ability to use vintage components as well as modern technology. Color schemes where chosen to take advantage of the natural sunlight from the exposed windows. Carpet was the preferred choice for flooring with tile in the bathroom. Custom cabinetry, bookcases, and entertainment systems tied it together for an at-home feel. New woodwork was made to match the existing for a seamless build.

10. James Kassner Construction, Inc.2299 Kaylee Circle, Bellevue 54311Sunroom AdditionThis beautiful sunroom addition blends perfectly with the existing

home. An elevated cathedral ceiling allows for custom transoms over large picturesque windows that are wrapped in elegant, stained, maple woodwork. Large French doors with sidelites and transoms make for a beautiful entry into the wonderfully tranquil living space. This addition is truly an area to relax during any season of the year.

11. Puyleart Bros. Construction227 Beaupre Street, Allouez 54301Interior RemodelPuyleart Bros. Construction did a full interior remodel of this 1960s home in Allouez. This home received a beautifully redesigned kitchen tailored to the homeowner that features gorgeous, two-tone cabinets and solid surface countertops. We also gave this home a makeover with all new doors and trim throughout the home. In addition, we had new hardwood floors installed to match the existing oak hardwood in the home.

Please stop by this older home to see what we can do for you.
