In 1984, Greek-American Tom Kartsotis, then a 24-year-old college dropout was scalpingtickets outside the Texas Stadium for a living and started making cheap fashion watches inHong Kong under the name Fossil. His older brother Kosta, a former Sanger Harris executive,helped get the line into department stores.

The two Greek-American brothers, Tom and Kosta Kartsotis, are extremely private and haveabsolutely zero photos of themselves anywhere on the web. In fact, they refused to send photosto Bloomberg, Forbes and other media outlets when they have been included amongst the mostwealthiest CEO's in America.

Bravo to the Kartsotis brothers who are now amongst the wealthiest Greek-Americans. Livingproof that with determination and drive...impossible is nothing.
