v Undergoing on the job training in Management Counseling;

v Initiation action on employers' welfare, vacation leaves, medical services, recreation,

canteen etc.

v Taking preliminary actions to facilitate negotiation and conciliation between Management

and staff

v Any other duty that may be assigned

v Taking charge of a specified subject/subjects within a Unit of a Local Government

v Supervising the duties of a number of Junior officers in the Unit in the application of the

Local Government staff regulations, scheme of service, financial memoranda and other

statute books and circulars

v Any other duties that may be assigned.
