Method:
1) Mark out.
2) First box:- Drill two Ø10 holes every metre,- Fit two Ø8 pins,- Fit two Ø8 threaded bolts,- Fit pre-drilled galvanized iron U-section seating, 25x25x25x2 and nuts,- Fit lower panel,- Glue the rebates,- Fit two panels for vertical cheeks,- Glue the rebates,- Fit upper panel,- Fit pre-glued plaster U-section to protect iron U-section,- Fit the two pre-glued ½ shells to protect the two threaded bolts,- Apply gypsum in the panel joints.

Method:
1) Fit a baseplate to support the first box.
2) First box:- Fit four vertical panels gluing the vertical rebates beforehand,- Apply gypsum in the vertical joints,- Glue the horizontal upper rebates of these four panels.
3) Heel (every 6 metres maximum):- Fit heels around the duct resting on the lower floor and glue beforehand,- Apply gypsum in upper joint of the heels with the panels.
4) Second box and the following: fit identically to the first.
