“Signs” (H226) – owth: sign, signal, a distinguishing mark, miraculous sign, omen, warning.

The Feast of Trumpets is the only feast of the 7 that falls on a New Moon. 

Psalm 81:3 “Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.” 

Ezekiel 46:1 “Thus saith the Lord God; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened .” 

Was Jesus referring to the Feast of Trumpets when he spoke the following:

Matthew 24:36 “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”

Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; Like these good figs…I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land : and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.”

 

Song of Solomon 2:13 “The fig tree putteth forth her green figs , and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.”

Mark 11:12-14 & 20-21 “And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry: And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet . And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it. And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots . And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursed is withered away .” (See also Matt. 21:18-20) 

Luke 13:6-9 “He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none . Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down;”

Jeremiah 25:11 “And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years .”

Ezekiel 4:5-6 “For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity , according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days [390 yrs] : so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel . And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days [40 yrs] : I have appointed thee each day for a year .”

Leviticus 26:18, 21, 24, 28 “And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins. Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.”

Babylonian Captivity (70 Years) – From 605 BC to 536 BC

390 Yrs + 40 Yrs = 430 Yrs – 70 Yrs = 360 Yrs x 7 = 2,520 Yrs (Lunar) = 2,483.8 Yrs (S)

2483.8 Yrs – 536.4 BC = 1947.4 + 1 = 1948.4 –or– May 14, 1948

5) The "wonder in heaven" described in Revelation 12:1-5 occurs on 9/22-23/2017 marking the 70th Anniversary of the modern State of Israel.

1) British General Edmund Allenby defeats the Turks in Palestine and walks into Jerusalem - Dec. 17, 1917.2) Israel declares independence and is reestablished as a Nation - May 14, 1948.3) Israel recaptures the City of Jerusalem in the 6 Day War - June 1967.4) Will the 3rd temple be built in Israel? The next Jubilee Year begins in 2015 - 49 Years (7 Weeks) since Israel recaptured Jerusalem.

Daniel 12:4 “And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased .”

1 Thess. 5:1-9 “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief . For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ .” 

Revelation 3:2-3 “Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God. Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.”

Discerning the Times”Knowledge Shall Be Increased”

Daniel 9:25 “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks [49] , and threescore and two weeks [434] : the street shall be built again, and the wall , even in troublous times.” 

Nehemiah 2:1-3 “In the month of Nisan in the twentieth year of King Artaxerxes , when wine was brought for him, I took the wine and gave it to the king.”

Exodus 12:3, 6 “Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house: And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.”

Xerxes was assassinated in the fall of 465 BC. Therefore, Artaxerxes took the throne in late 465 BC and the 20th Nisan would have been in 444 BC; the decree was likely issued on March 5, 444 BC and ended with the Triumphal Entry (Matt. 21:1-9).

69 Weeks x 7 = 483 Years x 360 Days per Lunar Year = 173,880 Days 173,880 Days / 365.2422 Days per Solar Year = 476.068 Years (Solar) 476 Years – 444 BC = 32 + 1 (no “0” year) = 33 AD + 25 Days = 3/30/33 AD The TRIUMPHAL ENTRY of MESSIAH the PRINCE was on March 30, 33 AD The PASSOVER CRUCIFIXION occurred 4 Days later on Friday, April 3, 33 AD

“Wonder” (G4592) – semeion: a sign, mark, token; a sign, prodigy, portent, i.e. an unusual occurrence , transcending the common course of nature; of signs portending remarkable events soon to happen of miracles and wonders by which God authenticates the men sent by him, or by which men prove that the cause they are pleading is God's.

 

“Caught Up” (G726) – harpazo: to seize, carry off by force , claim for one's self eagerly, to snatch out or away.

 

Revelation 2:26-27 “And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron.”
