How it works for the consumerThe operating mode of the QSS kiosks of PARTTEAM is very simple. The clientchoose the dish you want (meat, fish, vegetarian, etc.) to be totally personalized, enter the loyalty program data (if applicable), pay with any means of payment and receive the invoice with a number of order. When the order is ready, simply collect it in the place indicated by it.

How it Works for SectorsAll points of sale receive the orders, already invoiced and paid, on a tablet. After accepting the request, it goes into "preparation" mode, making this information available to the customer. Once the order is completed, the restaurant operator presses the "ready" button on the tablet, and the customer will automatically notify through the monitor that their meal can be collected. Optionally, when the request is "ready" and if the customer has chosen to be notified via SMS, the PARTTEAM system sends an SMS directly to the client so that he can move to go pick up his request.
