AKÇAKOCAOur city Akçakoca is a small town on the Black Sea Coast.Its poulation is almost 25.000.

There are lots of beaches in Akçakoca. Genoese Castle Beach received the International Blue Flag Reward in

1997.

Fishing, hazel-nut agriculture and tourism are the basic occupations of the local people.

Akçakoca is close to big cities like Ankara and İstanbul.

Akçakoca has got a mild climate.There is rainfall in every season.It doesn’t get very hot in summer or very cold in

winter.

There are lots of natural and historical places to visit.
