sure they can still earn a living, and maintain some religious rights. Since they are in the Caribbean they don’t seem to be very loyal to the French King.

Doc 6 – Since Choiseul is writing to the ambassador in London he is trying to get some extra help to achieve his goals in the negotiations.

Doc 7 – Pontiac’s tone sounds desperate since their allies, the French, have just suffered a major defeat. Pontiac is trying to unite everyone together in his speech.
