Welcome to the Family Affair XVI! We have been privileged to be part of this sale for 32 years. We are so grateful for your support and so many repeat buyers! Merrys have been part of the Hereford scene in Wisconsin for 110 years. For 80+ years Gordon has been a major player in Wisconsin Hereford events. He has decided to disperse his herd. The quality of the cattle offered has never been exceeded in prior sales. MGM has sold or MGM dams have produced the highest or second highest selling bull at the WHA sale for 11 of the last 12 years, some after they were sold in the Family Affair Sale! Gordon also had a streak of eight straight years of either champion bull or champion heifer at the WPHA sale, which stopped only when they eliminated the show in Portage! MGM has been Premier Breeder at the Wisconsin State Fair in 2012 and 2013 as well as Premier Exhibitor in 2011. We are offering many sibs of these cattle. Many of the pregnant cows were able to be sexed by ultrasound. The vet states he has 90% accuracy. If he stated he wasnt sure of the sex, no claim is made. We hope you can join us for lunch, visit with friends and enjoy the cattle.
